The tech that has helped us the last couple of appointments is so sweet. I can tell that she takes good care of my pups when I bring them. It helps make my trip to the vet less stressful. Thank you!

Very thorough work. I am very satisfied with the visit.

My overall experience was excellent as it always has been. With that being said it is TIME to reopen your office so we can go inside with our pets.This is a very important issue for me! Many other offices have opened back up completely. Covid is sadly here to stay. We need to take the necessary precautions of course but I can catch this bug by going into a grocery store as well as anywhere else. This is what s very important to me at this time. I need to be allowed inside with my pet. Thanks so much for doing such a great job!

Having the system of staying in the car is very good.

Try to make sure if there s a pet that has same name to verify addressand owner name. I went at 1:40 p.m. the other day to find that another pet named molly had taken my cats place because of the same name. My email reminded me of the time, but I was placed under the 2:00 p.m. time frame. That a was a major inconvenience for me.

Some questions not applicable because can t go inside; going in and actually talking to the vet and seeing the interaction of puppy and vets and techs helps

Always quality care and I’m so relieved a vet was available to see my rabbit Christmas week , he was very agitated by a skin infection, thank you very much to the great staff

It would be nice to be able to go in again with the animals. Also, we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment and waited over 45 minutes to get in. It would have been nice to have received a call that there had been an emergency or they were running behind.
