When arriving we ended up being 20 minutes late, again we are super sorry about that. We called because it is curbside pickup the receptionist was very kind and told us there’s a 15 minute window but would send someone out to see if my puppy would still be eligible to be seen. The vet tech who came out seemed a little rude and explained the 15 minute window again and said she’d will ask the vet if my puppy would still be seen, I told her Thankyou and she just said “yup…” and walked away. The way she was talking just seemed a little off from my previous visits. My past experiences coming here have always been 100% perfect and nice staff. But the one time I was late I got a little attitude. Even if she was nice about it and we would’ve had to reschedule I wouldn’t have had an issue with doing that at all.

Happy with your service but would like to go in with my pet and be present to hear what the doctor has to say.

Emily did a great job as always with our little pups grooming . She is the best ! However I will be very glad when we are done with curbside service . The wait times in the car are sometimes long and I have often found it difficult to get through to someone on the phone . I have often had to leave a message while sitting in the parking lot . We miss the up close and personal experience.. I very much prefer bringing my dog in myself … and so does he ! It is less stressful for him and us to be with him when he is seeing a vet .

I was very pleased with everything but the wait while my pet was in the building. I was told to wait in my car and it would be about 20-30 minutes but it was close to an hour. Since it was all appointments I don t know how they could get slammed after lunch . Regardless, my rat got the doctor s full attention and she gave me her full attention n the phone. It is almost impossible to find someone to see a pet rat so I am thankful for Animal Kingdom. Jazz is already doing much better with prescribed medicine and TLC. We had already gone to Red Barn Vet Clinic and we did not feel they were very confident in their recomendations. Thank you for takng ecellent care of Jazzi

Several visits have now led to frustration. Your phone service is very ineffective. Leaving messages is pointless as I sit in the lot waiting to pick up my dog. Emily does a great job grooming my dog and I find your staff friendly. However, I’m finding myself wasting a lot of time just trying to communicate with someone who is just inside the building I’m staring at

Although I understand the reason for not allowing pet parents in with their babies, I really wish you would! It breaks my heart seeing my baby scared

The staff is amazing and accommodating! Would not want to take my pups anywhere else.

We understand that you re able to see more people by doing the pick up at curbside pick up, but have to be honest, we are hopeful that one day we ll be able to come in with our fur babies again??
