Don’t know about the office since I wasn’t allowed in with my pet. Our previous appt. was not too good......I think she was allowed to jump off the table without supervision which I feel started her arthritis flare up.

Very accommodating. Very satisfied with all responses to my dog’s problems.

Gerber had a comfortable visit. As his caregiver I am very happy, since he goes in without me due to the pandemic. Thank you!

I visited during covid so I can not give a evaluation on how clean the office was or other things. All in all I was very happy with the care my dogs received

I was disappointed that I had a hard time getting an appointment due to my dog being so sick. I almost had to take her to another hospital, but got in on a cancellation. I also had to make a return trip, due to not being given all my meds.

More recently, it has been easier to let you know we ve arrived for the appointment. in the past month, I had to call 10 times to get through. Maybe have a separate phone# for arrivals? Just an idea... thak you for the great care molly has gotten!

They treat my animals like their own as well as everyone else’s. It feels like bringing them to my see my friends.

Very knowledgeable doc always get get my 2 barn cats healthy again. And Dr M also gives me good advise. Lucky to have a great group vets in the neighborhood.

Kingdom Animal Hospital is the only place i would bring my animals

I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time to be met by a tech. Once they took my pet inside I was told it would be 5-10 minutes. It was 45. So it took an hour and a half to get in and out. I also had to plead for an appointment - it was pretty Upsetting. I hope you all can be nicer and faster in the future
