Because of the on going virus crisis, I was met outside which went off fine and on time. We were there to get a booster shot and I had the tech express Gabby’s anal glands. Only complaint would be that the tech didn’t clean deodorize the anal area enough after the express.

One thing that would be helpful to me would be later appointment times. Like if on Mondays you stayed open until 8. I work until 5:30, so it can be hard for me to get there. I think it would also improve the overall facility if the parking lot had painted lines, but not important.

Love Emily, she is superb at grooming and my pet doesn’t seem to mind at all when he sees her in the morning when I drop him off. And he knows what he is in for that day when he sees her.

Wonderful service and thoughtful doctors and nurses! We are very happy that we found this location for our dog and we have been recommending the location to our friends!

As a whole the facility feels clean and organized. However, the floors in the exam rooms have discoloration that appear to be unsanitary. Not sure if they re just stains or if they need a good bleach scrubbing.

I was happy with the results of the appt. the only thing it bother me was the waiting time, we wanted to long to be seen. But the explanation of everything was very on point. They are professional in what they do.
