As a whole the facility feels clean and organized. However, the floors in the exam rooms have discoloration that appear to be unsanitary. Not sure if they re just stains or if they need a good bleach scrubbing.

Emily did a great job grooming my dog!

I was happy with the results of the appt. the only thing it bother me was the waiting time, we wanted to long to be seen. But the explanation of everything was very on point. They are professional in what they do.

Your entire staff has been amazing. We have 2 senior, special needs dogs so it isn t always easy to deal with them The knowledge and compassion you all show to them is over the top. The dogs love you guys and we couldn t be happier. We recently were faced with the loss of our 20 year old cat. The dignity and kindness that you showed to us and our pet was so comforting and for that we are grateful. We appreciate everything you do for us and our pets and recommend you highly to anyone in need of veterinary assistance. Thank you!!

The vet tech and dr were helpful and very kind to my cat, who often is stressed at vet visit. She was not this time. Many thanks!

I appreciated the gentle and personal approach in attending to my pup’s needs and addressing this dog mom’s questions and concerns...so patient :)

Brandi was in for a pedicure and anal glands expression. I was not allowed to go with her. When she returned she was hesitant about getting in the car and when we got home she wouldn’t hop out. She seemed afraid to jump down. Considered calling your office to see if she jumped off a table without help but several hours later we went out in the car again and seemed fine. Her next appt. for the same service I will go in with her. If this is not acceptable I will have to find another vet.
