Dr. Grieve spent a considerable amount of time talking to me during the examination and was totally focussed on ensuring that she provided the best possible care to Kaylee. The office staff are extremely accommodating and friendly.

We just moved to Toronto, leaving our Vet of 12 years. We contemplated in travelling back to see our old Vet when our dog was sick With my sister in law s high recommendation of The Kingsway Animal Hospital we decided to take a chance, and with no regret. The staff treated us and our dog, Misty like she d been going there for years. The staff/Vet were very knowledgeable and treated us with respect. The care was above and beyond. Thank you. I did wonder why I paid for the physical exam ($90) then twice that again ($170) because she is senior. The difference in the tests wasn t discussed. What did the first one entail if the second one was twice the cost? Thank you, Marcia Myers

Peggy is an amazing and friendly person as is Alex and his assistant (forgot her name). I didn t like the feeling of being so obviously, negatively, judged by the vet about my choices in how I m feeding my dog. I love my dog and am doing what I think is best. My dog is healthy and looks great. Also the sticker shock of my visit $300 - seems too high! I love this clinic but you asked and that is how I honestly feel.

Can t say enough good things about the staff at KAH. The follow up after taking our pet(s) in has been excellent, and makes us feel really cared for. Thanks to all of you!

Prices are quite high. Would be nice to have a reduced first visit visit fee to comprehend how much everything will be, get to know the clinic & vet.

Maya received fabulous care for her first visit. We are so happy that we found a great vet that is so obviously going to take such good care of her. Thank you all for making our first visit so wonderful.

I am always impressed with the exceptional care that Sunny receives from Dr. Van Slyke. She takes the time to thoroughly examine Sunny and she always answers my questions and returns calls promptly. I wish there were more doctors for humans like Dr. Van Slyke. The technicians are very professional and friendly and Sunny always has a good experience with them. The receptionists are courteous and very personable and they also take an interest in my dog. Many institutions and workplaces stress the importance of teamwork , but that s as far as it goes. Whenever Sunny has an appointment at the Kingsway Animal Hospital, I can see that all the staff there truly do work as a team. Keep up the great work! Dalia Besasparis

When we picked Charlie up we spoke with the vet technician. She was lovely and gave us a detailed run down of his procedure. I also spoke with the vet on the phone once it was done. We are, once again, very happy with our experience at the clinic.

Some costs are extremely pricey. Costs should be shown on a distinguished board somewhere in the office so patients have an idea of costs instead of be shocked by the total amount of their bills

I m always very happy with the services provided at KAH and feel my 2 doggies could not receive better care anywhere else. I regularly recommend KAH to other people with pets.
