I found Dr Draganic, although well intentioned a bit condescending. It is possible to offer expert advice without make pet owners feel neglectful. Follow up to the appointment could have been clearer - more than just, keep an eye on it. In all the times I ve taken my pet in, I have never left with a diagnosis, only with a list of possibilities. This kind of care does not seem like good value for the money spent.

The whole staff amazing as I had to transition my pet over. Very friendly, especially with my very busy toddler. They were all patient and took the time to answer all my questions. So glad we have moved over to the location.
