Excellent staff , very dedicated and caring.

I brought my dog in after being attacked by another dog and was seen right away. I have always received excellent care for my dog, right from our first meeting. Would highly recommend this hospital. Just a comment. I booked the appt and was told the price included the annua check up, vaccinations etc. When I got the reminder text to confirm the appt, it reminded me to bring a fresh stool sample. When my husband came home from the appt with the bill, I was surprised to see the stool sample cost an extra $60. It should have been made clear from the beginning, that it was optional and would cost extra; It seemed to be a part of the annual appt from the text.

We love the staff! We’ve recommended this clinic to many friends, and they’ve also been thrilled with the service.

I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. This is an issue for me in the middle of a busy day with multiple obligations. depsite being satisfied with the care, i just cannot be stuck waiting for this long -- it makes me think about looking for another vet.

I am grateful to be able to afford your services but as a senior someday that may not be the case. I think about that......a lot. Years ago we had a dog who needed meds which had previously always been available without a yearly check up, but when Dr. Bobson retired the policy changed. I did not want to bring Zeph into the office because he had not had inuculaions for years and we kept him away from other animals for his health because he was on an autoimmune suppressant. At that point l began using a different vet s office. I may need to do that again as l do find your services and staff wonderful but expensive. I suppose the argument could be.......you get what you pay for.

We’ve seen Dr. “Wendy” since 1987. Both she and Alex have always been so kind and professional to all of our “kids”. The front desk staff are so pleasant.

Last weekend I arrived home at 1:55pm to find my 11 year old dachshund could not support herself on her back legs. I called the vet knowing they closed on Saturday at 2:00. Dr. Dragonic agreed to wait until we got there to see our dog. She did an assessment of Bella and called the Missussauga/Oakville Veterinary Hospital and the doctor who treated our dog 2 years ago for encephalitis (Dr. Duque) agreed to wait until we arrived to assess Bella. The total time from when we arrived at the hospital until our puppy was being prepared for back surgery was about 30 minutes. My mother is in hospital now and went in 10 day’s ago. I only wish that she was treated as well as our pet has been treated!!!

We love your business and the friendly people there. My only comment for improvement (and reason for three stars for price) was that when I got the breakdown of the appointment costs I paid $40 for an ear cleaning. I was not asked if I wanted this ear cleaning and was definitely not aware that it would cost anything. I wish that the cost of that procedure would have been told to me prior to agreeing to it. Otherwise we had a great, informative visit and everyone was very kind to my family and pet. Thank you.

Dr Draganic is a very caring and professional vet. I outlined my concerns with her and she addressed each one in a very succinct manner. She thoroughly examined my dog and never made me feel like she was rushing. The staff are all very friendly.

We have used the Kingsway Animal Hospital for years and have never once encountered a problem. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The fact that our dog loves coming to the hospital speaks for itself.

This animal hospital is one of the best I have visited. Thank you for everything :)
