We really appreciated a follow up phone call at home on a Sunday. Our puppy had been very ill and fortunately was on the mend. Having someone take a few minutes on a holiday weekend to check in was very impressive.

The attending verterinarian was not very friendly and did not really explain anything about what the issue could be apart from giving me some antibiotics for the dog and to come back for another urinalysis in about a week. She did not make me feel very welcomed or was not very reassuring.

I am extremely thankful for the care Molly recently received. The doctor called throughout the weekend to check on her which was a valuable support for Molly and our family. It is truly wonderful to have a Doctor that cares so much about our four legged family members.

I have been a client at the Kingsway Animal Hospital since 1976 with my various cats and dogs and have always enjoyed the excellent service the hospital provides.

I had no appointment, I just walked in to make one and I was taken in right away. Can t do better than that

I have been a client for over 30 years because of all the above reasons. Dr. Van Slyke is a treasure and handles all the animals with confidence and caring. My comment re prices is not directed specifically at Kingsway, but at all pet hospitals because I feel that in todays economy, there are many families that cannot afford to keep their own health plans up and certainly can t afford to keep their pets vaccinated and checked. That is not a reflection on Kingsway, just a general sign of the times. I am definitely a satisfied customer and Molly is as well.
