Was an excellent experience. Very friendly staff.

The office is the best! Everyone from when you walk in the door to the techs to the vets. They also all look like they love their job which makes a huge difference! They make everyone so comfortable and do such a great job with any questions and concerns. This last visit I felt like they took a lot of time with me just going through my questions

Awesome place and good service

5 stars all the way! I used their mobile service as I was unable to get my limp dog to the vet. They got me a same day appt & Dr Becky & the tech arrived with meds & did a great, quality visit. I m so thankful for them & this service!

It would feel slightly safer if the staff were wearing masks. I realize as a business you have a right to make that decision, and I as a customer have a right to patronize your business or not. I love your staff, your doctors, and really everything about your practice. Just my family s personal preference would be to feel safe within your facility, and that seemed to be lacking. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about everyone there. Everyone is so polite, and funny, and understanding.

This was my first visit and I plan to make Allouez Animal Hospital our permanent vet. I was so impressed and pleased by the thoroughness, compassion and time taken to examine our pet and explain the issues and options. Thank you and I look forward to partnering with you! Cindy Durand & Teddy

It pained me to have to leave town when Wolfgang was showing signs of distress. My parents were watching him, so my Father brought him in after I made the appointment. He said things went well, and I was able to talk to Dr. Becky over the phone to help diagnose his issues. My Dad said it went great, and that Wolfie is feeling much better. I appreciate Dr. Becky and the staff making it comfortable for my Dad to bring him in and get him the care he needed. Thank You!

We are new puppy owners, and this was our first experience with a vet. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel comfortable immediately. Abbey was very informative and patient; she listened to all of our questions and made sure she relayed them to the doctor. Dr. Abby had good energy and a great personality, which made us feel even more comfortable with her handling our puppy. She validated our concerns, but also reassured us of things that were considered “normal.” Overall, our first experience was very positive. I read a lot of reviews of other vet clinics, which some made me nervous to put my puppy in the hands of another person. But my first experience with Allouez Animal Hospital took away all of my fears. Thank you to all the staff that were involved!

Dr. Abby is awesome!!

I was informed via phone at the time of the visit that not all staff were wearing masks and if I was uncomfortable with entering the facility someone would come out to my car to get my pet. Autumn came out not wearing a mask and covered essential information through my car window standing only a few feet away. I was very disappointed for the lack of concern for my safety. If I was uncomfortable entering the facility why send out an unmasked staff member? Considering not returning for follow up visit.

I am so happy with the care my animals receive every time. The staff is so kind and caring. My questions and concerns are always taken care of. Dr Becky is so sweet and understanding and her number one concern is the patient! I have been to vets in the past who push every test, procedure, therapy etc on you whether it makes sense or not. This clinic truly cares about what is best for each animal. I refer anyone who asks to Allouez Animal Hospital! ??
