A suggestion would be When a client is bringing in multiple dogs, please see the pets individually. Or at least, inform new clients to bring pets in clinic together.

Mike took Harvey to Dr. Ludwig. He said she was unbelievably great. She was thorough and explained Harvey’s allergies and digestive problems to Mike. She prescribed meds and special food and now Harvey is born again. He is active, playful, and interested in things again. His digestive problems and allergies are better. The vet, tech and clinic are beyond excellent.

I was so thankful for the care given to my Springer Spaniel!I had an emergency and they took care of it for me! My Springer is doing good!

Our poor Bandit had a run in with a porcupine, and lost. Dr. Ludwig got him in immediately that morning and took care of our pup. And also, the entire staff was compassionate and helpful during this stressful time. We are so lucky to have such a caring veterinarian and staff to take care of our boy.

I can never thank NCVC enough for the love and care they give to our cats and kittens. They are always so kind to our babies and they always take time to sit down and explain everything. My Bella has had so many health issues and when I called to see if they could fit her in they saw her the next day. I knew they were busy and booked solid, but they saw her and performed minor surgery on her. No words can explain the fear I have when she is sick. Ever since the very first time they saw our Bruno, on Easter Sunday a year ago. They had never seen one of our cats, but a vet and tech came in and took care of him. I was hysterical and they cared about him, calmed me, and reassured me he would be ok. They scheduled hip surgery for him. And today you can t tell he was in such bad shape. After that visit I switched every pet we had and we adopted to them. If anyone wants your pets to have the same care you would want given to any loved family member.... This is the place you need to go. Five Stars are not enough. They are worth 10 times that!
