Great emergency vet, very helpful. Glad they were able to get pet in so quickly and resolve the issue. Easy w them coming to the vehicle and retrieving pet then brought back after resolution. The pet peed on his blanket and vet put old one in from their facility so pet was comfortable.

I have no idea if the facility was clean as I was not allowed to go in with my pet. Vet was very knowledgeable and helped my puppy immensely!

Curbside service was very smooth.

I didn’t give 5 stars in all categories because due to Covid19 I never entered the facility & the bill was just brought out to my car upon my pets return. This was my first visit to your office & I was quite pleased with the care my dog received at urgent care. Although the wait was long & it took a long time to be seen, I realize that this pandemic has thrown us all for a loop!!! I was pleased that the Dr. called & explained my pets condition. Based on my experience there, I would not hesitate to recommend you to others & in fact, already have! If your Sterling Heights office is as wonderful as this one, I hope to use you on a regular basis!

I don t know if the facility is clean because I sat in the parking lot due to Covid 19. In the past, the offices were always very clean.

Amazing staff!

Bcuz of covid, many of these categories did not apply.. We stayed in the car, the cat was retrieved from and returned to our car by a member of the staff, appropriately masked, and we spoke to the Doctor on the phone. However, I was very satisfied with the Doctor and the staff. Kind and efficient.

always great service, nice staff was not in the office was car side service due to COVID appreciate that your emergency clinic is open for urgent care and walk in appointments as I had to utilize it twice during stay at home order

Laura Byrd is truly an amazing member of your Wilsons team. She goes above and beyond to care for the pets in her care. She is thorough, hard working and answers all my questions. Dr. Baumert was amazing per usual. I know my pets are loved, well cared for and safe in their care. Thank you!!

The staff was great and Dr. Kirby is so kind and explained everything I needed to know. This was an emergency visit, on a Holiday at 4am. They took my dog right in and started working on her immediately. Thank you Dr. Kerby and staff.

Wonderful place. Yes we had to wait about 2.5 hours but under the current circumstances we completely understand and would do it again because the service was outstanding! Everyone was super friendly and very informative. Our Ana was taken inside with care and given proper attention and treatment and she is back to her spunky self. Considering the situation, I was extremely impressed with the staff at your facility.

Dr. Baumert always takes the time to explain everything and is so helpful with taking care of our fur baby. Always returns phone calls too in a timely way.

My only comment is that I had to wait 3 hours to get in, but the Vet and staff were very good. I really appreciate the new Covid process they are working under, and am very thankful they are there late and on weekends. :-)
