Please get more staff and build a second story at the hospital. It was pretty tough to wait for hours but the service was great. we want to change veterinarians but the traffic there ugggh

Considering how busy the facility was, and trying to meet everyone s needs, I thought everything was done very professionally, and I was really impressed with how everyone worked together as a team. The situation was handled with finesse in checking in, checking out, explaining the procedures, getting our dogs back to us. It was greatly appreciated, everyone did an awesome and outstanding job thank you!!!

I was told in advance how long the wait would be. Dr. Burge was very patient and thorough, and did not rush through the appointment at all, even though it was very busy.

My only recommendation is getting the out doors part worked out, due to covid.. I understand you can t quite do that, so at this time its more difficult. But if they were regularly open the service would definitely be a 5/5

My dog has been on Standby since Wednesday it is now Saturday. He STILL hasn’t had surgery. I really would like to know when he will be taken care of.

Dr Wilson and our regular Vet Dr Marshal hollow corners are the best there are.

Thank you so much for caring for my cat - Mabel. You called me back every time i inquired about her and were so compassionate. I know you are all working so hard and are so busy - but i can’t say enough how well you are all doing. Even checking up on her first thing this morning. Not only did she get exceptional care, the cost for it was less then you expected without cutting any corners.

Your office is doing a great job of managing clients and pets through the new procedures due to Covid-19. Your social distancing practices are, quite frankly, awesome (especially for those of us who HATE crowded waiting rooms in the best of times). Your staff is friendly, efficient, patient, kind and helpful. I hope we don t need emergency services again, but if we do, Wilson s Veterinary Hospital is the only place we ll take our dogs.

I love this vet clinic. I drive half an hour just to come here.

I started with Dr. Wilson, after moving here from Texas, in 1995. We received a welcome to the neighborhood type letter, from Dr. Wilson, letting us know of his services-- if, by chance, we d moved here with any animals!! It was that letter that brought us to his original office, and we ve been coming ever since! As he became more and more busy, we eventually were introduced to Dr. Hawkins in 2001, and have been seeing her ever since that time--19 years!!!! I truly like her!! She is always incredibly sweet and kind, and never tries to rush through the appointment--which I truly appreciate. I also trust her judgment, which, aside from her being so stinkin sweet, is why she s stuck with me and my fur babies FOR LIFE!!! (or until I figure out a way to get back to the land of Glory!!! (yes, that would be Texas!!!!) Thank you, Dr. Hawkins, from the bottom of my heart ,for all your years of caring and patience, and, of course, a HUGE thank you to Dr. Wilson for that letter he sent all those 25 years ago!! Whoever the lady was that scheduled my future appointments for my dogs was super super over the top helpful and friendly. I didn’t catch her name. I realize how busy you are and I felt that my dog was very well taken care of and I did not feel rushed at all.

I have no clue about the inside do to current way of being helped. The only issue was boy was it crazy bisy and hard to park that day. But wonder and easy experience.

I really happy with how they treated me and my dog Chica. She ate Chocolate and they saved her life. Thank you!
