Thank you for the help with my boy. Everyone was great. My only suggestion is maybe some kind of nanny camera on the pets kennel. I would pay extra for that service. Just to see my pet is safe and in my view when I have no control over his care would go a long way with anxiety levels and to help in the separation.

They were absolutely amazing. My baby was treated with all kinds of love. And I love that they made the entire situation in 100% care!

Even though I was not a regular client at the Wilson veterinary clinic, they were able to see my new puppy Hazel on Saturday and provide the care she needed to treat a urinary track infection and persistent diarrhea. They were also good enough to give her next dose of vaccination. Even though the wait time was extreme, I was advised of this ahead of time. I appreciated the low exposure protocol they had in place, involving waiting in my car with my puppy until summoned to the exam room. This seemed completely reasonable and prudent During this time of COVID-19 virus transmission.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT Wilson Vet Hospital. Friendly, helpful and great with my pet. However , need adequate ventilation as the bleach smell almost makes you pass out and no air flow or fans going. Probably could be potential respiratory hazard !

Excellent care during a c-section. They scheduled it for a Sunday. Staff was helpful and informative. The facility was extremely clean. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my pets to Wilson s since we first had a bulldog about 11 years ago. The doctors and staff are the most caring group of animal lovers and the most knowledgeable regarding any type of pet need especially during an emergency.

Everyone should be as lucky as we are to have Dr. Laura Baumert for the dogs vet and our friend. She is truly a GEM.

I absolutely appreciate Dr Wilson, his assistant Mindy, and the staff. My dog is a rare breed, giant size dog. He sees Dr Wilson, and he gets his tail wagging! I can’t imagine myself anywhere else!

I was very happy with the care given to my dog. The vet was attentive and efficient. The girls who helped me were kind, and caring. However I did have a negative experience with a staff member. Upon arrival I was escorted to a exam room. Once in the exam room I was left, and not seen by anyone for about a hour and a half. I understand it’s a emergency department and wait times are longer. However I thought it was strange that I wasn’t at-least triaged and told someone would be in to see us soon. I sincerely thought I may have been forgotten about. I opened the door, and let the tech know I was in the exam room, and explained to her I thought it was strange I was not greeted yet. I was not upset or angry. She snapped at me and told me that she can’t put me in front of other patients. I explained that I didn’t expect that. I was just curious if I was overlooked that it seemed weird that no one has triaged us in over a hour in a half. I’ve been to the ER here before, and that wasn’t a normal occurrence. She then included another patient in the conversation and said “ this lady has been here longer than you” I explained again I was only asking a question and didn’t expect to be treated before anyone else. I then was trying to explain to her a situation about my dog that the vet may want to know about, and she rudely ignored me and walked away. More time passes as I wait patiently, and I hear the vet talking outside my door. I then hear this same woman talking bad about me, and telling the vet how she would help with my dog, but how I hate her and a bunch of other unnecessary drama. This made me very uncomfortable as I’m there with my sick dog who also doesn’t do well with vets and now I feel as people will be judging me, and think I’m some hostile crazy woman who is demanding of things I never demanded. It was a little embarrassing for me, and totally unprofessional.

My favorite doctor at your facility!! Dr. Murray is so knowledgeable and very calming with Willow. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
