First time to the facility and wasn t sure where to go would be helpful to inform us that there are 2 buildings. Made sure we asked which building to go to for the surgery. Nice office everyone was helpful from check in to check out. Thank you

The staff and vets are great

I found it very frustrating that even when we were told that someone would call us with updates, we never received any calls. Every contact was initiated by us. For example we were told that our hospitalized pet (who was brought in at 9 am) would be given fluids and then another x-ray in a couple of hours. At that point we would receive a call to let us know if she would need surgery. At 6 pm we had still not gotten any call. I called the number and got the day manager voice mail and left a message. An hour and a half later, I called back again and this time to talked to the person at the appointment extension who was incredibly helpful and went and checked on our pet but could not provide any information on whether x-rays had happened. She said that she would get a message to someone in the back and they would call me back to answer my questions. We never got a call back. The next day, my husband called and was told that our cat was progressing and unless we heard something by 6 pm, we would be able to call and schedule to bring her home. At 6 pm, he called and left a message for the day manager. Again, no call back. He tried to call the same number multiple times, but there was never an answer. Finally around 8 pm, I again called the appointment extension who was able to go back and find out that we could pick her up. I am very upset about the lack of communication.

My only suggestion is that possibly having a fenced in area for dogs who cannot go to the bathroom on a leash. My dog is one of those dogs and held his pee for about 24 hours but we completely understand that it is beyond the control of the staff if he won’t go! The staff was amazing and very helpful and informative! Especially Dr. Hawkins!!

I want to thank the staff members that took care of my “Best Buddy”, “Trooper”. My two German Shepherds are my life and, are part of my whole family’s lives for three generations. My Grandchildren call them Uncle Trooper and Uncle Ranger. The staff members seemed to genuinely care about my boy. It was an easy thing to see that Trooper liked the people caring for him. When I left after my visits, Trooper went with the staff members with no hesitation what so ever. Knowing my buddy as well as I do. I can tell you that if he hadn’t liked and trusted them, he would have sat down and not moved. Thank You All for taking such good care of my boy.

I was never told the cost of the surgery till after and the breakdown was never discussed. Besides that our little baby was treated tenderly and with great care.
