I was unable to get a regular appointment so I had to use the urgent care... since my cat’s ear infection was not an emergency it took 3 hrs to be done... I understand how it works but if I knew it would’ve been that long I would have waited til Monday. I was quoted an hour upon check-in...Everyone was very friendly though so it made it a little easier... I will use you as my vet as I moved here recently!

The staff was very friendly and Dr.Griffin was very thorough with the discharging of my pet. Overall experience was wonderful. The only suggestion I would recommend is the Dr call the owners regardless if they notice the owner talked to the day manager.

Over the past month, I’ve had to see many vet clinics, this was by far the cleanest one I’ve ever stepped into. In between dogs running around and people walking in, the receptionist was mopping to ensure cleanliness. I’ve never had a pet stay at a hospital where they initiate the phone call to you for updates. I greatly appreciate that because I can listen to the voicemail as many time as I’d like to call my nerves. This place has changed my mind about animal care by not even considering sending my poor baby home until he can “fully empty” his bladder on his own without a catheter. (He’s been seen for a UTI) which means I won’t be getting nervous watching him go to the bathroom to drop a little here and there every 30 minutes. They are fully looking out for your pets health. I will forever make the 1.3 hour drive to take my pets here over anywhere else.

Appointment was 830am for a nail trim only - it took 30 minutes to be seen - the woman and young lady assistant were very nice and kind to my dog (the woman was very helpful and explained what was best for my dog)

Thank you Dr Kreager for taking your life into your hands to see Bear. Dr Kreager was very patient and gave Bear the breaks he needed to calm down a bit. My only suggestion with a Caution Dog is to have a way to get in without having to go through a lobby of dogs and let us wait in a room instead of the waiting room. This time he just stayed in the car until we were called, but that cant happen in the summer heat.
