Everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. Wilson, who has cared for Jesse James for 10 years and Penny Lane for 5, is always thorough, kind and caring. Thank you all.

Every staff member was wonderful. The doctor explained everything thoroughly. The technician showed me how to administer his ear drops and went over every medication. I wouldn t trust my baby with any other veterinary clinic. Thank you so much!

I was amazed by the amount of information I was given about my pups surgery and breakdown of the billing.....everything was right there...no guessing ...that alone relieved a lot of stress. It was our first visit. My reason for switching over to your practice was because i was not happy with our current vet. Everything was fine with the visit. Besides the fact that we waited an hour before the doctor even saw us. Hopefully not a common occurrence. Other than that . The visit was good .

I was VERY dissatisfied with my experience! I m still waiting for the call back from the Doctor that I never received. Fortunately I did not follow the protocol I was given and got Dixie looked at the next morning. She is now being treated for meningitis. Thank God she is recovering. Jude Hall

Harper was very sick when we brought her in. She was triaged and that was important because we felt she was at risk. Doctor we spoke to was blunt - it appears the nature of Harper s injury required blunt facts. Hard to hear, but necessary. We have been so happy with the level of care Harper is receiving. It s obvious that the staff cares about our pets. The only constructive criticism we could offer is that it s very difficult to get in to visit your pet if they are hospitalized. We have waited for long periods just to sit with her and encourage her which is something your staff has encouraged and we appreciate. We understand that your rooms need to be used for office visits too so not sure what the answer is, if anything. It s probably not helpful when we are so worried about her and anxious to give her our love and support but have to wait so long. It will be easier as she heals and responds, but in these first critical days, we have been selfish about wanting to see Harper as soon as we can (within reason). You guys have so much to balance so we understand. But since you asked, that would be the small, only thing. Thank you for loving our pets.

It was a very long wait. But, everyone was wonderful. Even though it is an hour drive for us, it was worth it. Thank you for everything.

I truly appreciate the immediate response to our cats emergency. I also appreciate that we were able to visit him and got regular updates by phone.

We are VERY pleased with the care and treatment our dog received. From start to finish, your staff was amazing; they were friendly, compassionate, helpful and made you feel like your animal was in a safe happy environment EXCEPT for one of your staff members whose name is Chris. My animal was supposed to come home and we were told she would not be, When I asked questions and felt like I was just lost on how she was doing great but couldn t come home, Chris made the process very trying. She was VERY rude and didn t seem to care about anything which is a huge red flag to me. When I asked a question just saying I dont understand if she is doing great and vitals are great ( she did have minimal, dime size throw up one at this time); Chris response to me was have you ever taken meds? well you would know it can upset your stomach. Have you ever had a surgery? you dont feel good after it. Her questiosn to me had NOTHING to do with my dog. It had to do with her being annoyed that I wanted to know more details and didnt understand the process. When I found out Chris was a day manager, it made me VERY scared to know that she treats people this way and gets away with it because she is a manager and also made me VERY nervous that my dog would be there with someone who showed ZERO compassion. I wouldn t let one person ruin my experience because EVERYONE else I dealt with from check-in to Check-out and follow up calls were AMAZING. Your staff (except for Chris)made this emergency experience very helpful, calming and easier to process.

It was hard to be seen only because we came in through the Walk -In Clinic and a couple of critical cases came in while we were waiting. I completely understand that the critical cases are seen first, and I d never hold that against Wilson.

New to the area so new to this vet. Great experience. I was thankful for the urgent Care for my cat. Only complaint would be a long wait on a hard wooden bench. But would definitely do it again for all of my pets!!

Everybody was super nice and attentive to my pets needs!! A records were sent from the other office ahead of time to the emergency!! Everything was efficient and expedient!! Thank you so much for doing what you do!
