I love Wilsons Vet. If I was a dog, I would go there. I trust these vets more than I trust my doctors

Came out for a emergency with a sick cat that went to the bathroom all over his carrier. I already live over a hour away and was handed 5 wet wipes and told the wait was 5 to 7 hours therefore after waiting 2 hours and finding out the wait is still the same and my cat is sick and filthy I decided to return home to clean him off, since the staff would not let me keep my name on the waiting list and that is not fair since my wait was 5 to 7 hours with a sick cat in a car ? the staff would not even take my pet in so he was warm,. This is awful how bad the wait is also this is the third time I have attempted to go to this location and the wait is at least 4 hours.

The wait to see a vet with an appointment is very long. 2.5 hours total, 15 minute exam. also, I am made to wait for an estimate for surgery, when they finally bring my bill out, the estimate was forgotten. After calling back, it was emailed and part of the estimate was left off. Please be more efficient.

It was very well coordinated and Dr Donovan is a fantastic vet. She explained everything well.

Our experience with your Veterinarian and staff were excellent. They gave us the diagnosis (though hard to bear) and answered all of our questions.

I so appreciate Dr. Allison Allum. She quickly diagnosed my cat’s infection, called to discuss and gave her injections, cleaned out the infection gave us pain pills for 3 days and our cat was returned to us. We follow up with her next week and I’m looking forward to thanking her for expertise! So glad Wilson’s has an emergency veterinary practice.

I wish I knew how long it would take. I was there 6 hours. I would have went home and came back.

Due to COVID issues I understand the precautions and appreciate the care being taken to protect individuals and the speed and efficiency with how everything at the appointment went. Very professional and easy!

Friendly staff. All services were explained in detail. Very happy with results of surgery. Outside of office was clean, customers were not allowed to enter building.

The only thing I would like to share is that people should be able to call in to wait for urgent care, my dog had an extremely hard time waiting in the car If you could call in and be put on a waiting list and told what time to be there, if the person is not there they lose there spot and on to the next. I love Wilson Vet and refer people all the time.

COVID has made everything more difficult. Your office is doing an amazing job. My visit was well managed. Thanks to your staff.

I am so very grateful to have a reasonably priced emergency clinic to go to in an emergency. My critters often decide to go downhill in the middle of the night. Dr. Wilson was very kind and thorough. I appreciate the kind and efficient staff. Thank you very much.

One star ratings were ONLY given because I wasn’t able to meet with my provider due to covid, and I was also unable to experience the facilities again due to covid. The staff was excellent and kept me updated and worry free.

I was very pleased with the service I received at your 24 hour vet hospital. My cat was taken in right away and treatment begun. The doctor explained what the initial findings were and how they were going to proceed.
