The staff was great, we were able to get into the room right away and seen by a tech within minutes. Zita s brother was able to come into the facility for support, and we appreciated that! The doc was available and not rushed to talk and answer questions. We ll drive the 45 minutes since they are open on the weekends, we live in Detroit, and they come highly recommended. :-)

I want to talk to manager I left 2 voicemails for the day manager on 10/30 ( Thursday evening at 8 pm & 930 pm requesting communication) & never heard back - I was refused care at ER BY DR DONOVAN . My peke girl went from 11 progesterone to 3.3 ( previous pregnancy went from 7 to 1.8 within 2 hours ) my girl is panting non stop and temp 98.8 . There is one baby only & I waited in parking lot for hours after being told by the earlier tech I would not be charged another walk in fee now the new shift says they aren’t sure - I would like to speak to DR WILSON !!!!

I have used you for years and hope things will get more organized for future visits. I was extremely disappointed in the communication as my dog was there 4 days never recieved call backs when called. Didn t get updates when told. Left in the dark majority of visit. What upset me the most is I came in sent from another vet for emergency surgery on my 13 year old dog. He was never triaged after 3.5 hours when he collapsed and could not walk it finally became important to one person. The nice young male tech with dark hair thinner..looks a bit like James Charles was very helpful and on top of it. He deserves recognition as everyone else didnt listen when I said he was going down hill during our wait. Even the vet asked why nothing was done. You ask me it was the office staff that decidedthe whole time he was throwing up fecal matter all over the office it wasn t a big deal.I watched dogs come in with minor issues while mine ended up collapsing because there was no organization. I completely understand being busy but there was no organization at all. I was also called and asked to come up and help with my pet but spent 1.5 hours waiting just to hand food over. Luckily for Dr. Holly that called you guys to help me actually get someone to talk to me and talk to me about how things have been hectic. I hope things start to get organized because I know you have a wonderful staff that can do amazing things.

Dr. Burge is amazing! He took his time to talk to us and didn’t rush my dog when she was nervous.

During this uncertain time of Covid-19 , I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to access the best care for my kitty that was experiencing severe UTI. I was seen on a triage basis and never felt alone “in the wait in your car” procedure. I was allowed to be with my pet the whole time which made me and my pet feel so much better. It’s hard enough to bring your fur baby in for a visit , let alone the offices that separate you and your pet during this stressful time. So very thankful that you allowed me to be with my pet during and after her examination. Please let this be an example to the other Vetrinarians that are not allowing owners to be with their pets during a visit !
