love everyone that works here they are super nice my cat had to stay at the hospital for a couple days and they did a wonderful job with explaining everything with billing ECT and helping my kitty get back on her feet.

I am so thankful that this office provides a 24 hour urgent care without charging a ridiculous amount for the service. 25$ is well worth it to pay to have me dog seen when i think it might be serious. It takes almost a month to be able to get an appointment at the Sterling Heights location for my animals and sometimes I just dont think it is the right thing to do to wait that long.I have never been disappointed with the urgent care. They really do a great job figuring it out. Weather the answer is a good one or bad one at least I have an answer.

Thank your for acticg so fast to save our kitty. I will not take him anywhere else in the future. I am more than pleased he is back home with us and back to his normal loving self thanks to Wilson s veterinary hospital ?

I have always been happy with the care we receive at the Romeo office. It’s a challenge to get appointments but it’s understandable. The only thing I could say negative about the office is that when I call for an appointment and the schedule is not ready I’m put on a list to be called when it is ready but I never receive a call. Unfortunately, that causes me to continuously call to assure that we stay on schedule with our vaccinations. I don’t mind calling multiple times but it’s not a good use of time for the employees who have to keep taking my calls. God Bless all of you for the work that you do and the love you have for our furbabies

Dr. Talked too much never paused to let me ask a question. I made an appointment specifically about my dogs knee. I was given an appointment and when the dr came in she said she doesn’t take care of knees o had to see another Dr! pay for another visit! Not my fault!! I should have been told that!

Dr Wilson is best vet ..

I was very pleased with the service we got. The vet explained everything to me and gave us different options. From the least expensive to the most expensive procedure. And for our dog he recommended the least expensive. I had other vets recommending the most expensive procedure. Thank you again

The doctor was so patient and kind. She was the friendliest one I have met at Wilson s, and I have met plenty of the doctors.

Please that our dog could be seen so promptly and competently in Urgent Care.

Dr. Wilson is the best! He is kind, caring, professional & he listens to you!!!! He is worth the wait??. There is a saying....The Real McCoy.. he truly is??

I sure appreciate how quickly my dog was examined. It is almost a 2 hour drive for me and I have had to come in for emergencies a few times over the past two years. So it is nice when my dogs are taken in right away.

Staff was friendly, which helped ease my worry about my dog. It was very clean and welcoming-especially that late at night!! Overall, a great experience

I have gone to Dr. Kristin Donovan the last 2 times and she is always very thorough, answering all my questions, and very pleasant (which is especially nice when you have a sick pet.)

All staff and MD were very kind and patient with myself and my nervous dog??

I love that there is an “emergency “ place, but think that the emergencies could be put into a high , moderate or low level. And with that being said, maybe have three doctors , one to asses each level since there are no same day visit available at the front building for dog with for example diarrhea. I feel like waiting two hours for something so minimal Is a waste Of time.
