We LOVE KATIE ZINK. We love Canfield Vet. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! The staff is wonderful to Ivy and to me. I’m all Ivy has, so her well being is #1 with me. Whatever Dr. ZINK says, we follow her instructions exactly. Having a pet is expensive, but Ivy has issues and she can’t speak for herself,so we’re dependent on Dr. ZINK to guide us. It’s worth every penny to have Dr. Zink’s outstanding knowledge and wisdom for my most precious dog. Dr. ZINK is warm, kind, responsive, knowledgeable and gives us everything we need and want in a physician. The staff is outstanding and always loves to see Ivy. They treat us like family. The vet we met with was so patient, she took the time to hear our concerns, gave wonderful explanations and was so knowledgeable. She was so kind with our pup and completed a thorough exam. We were a new patient visit and will definitely be back.

The previous week when I called, the receptionist sounded like she had heard one too many people desperate to get in . There was a feeling that all of us pathetic dog owners are asking too much

The staff here used to be so kind and over the years has become incredibly rude and doesn’t explain with pricing until the receipt break down. I’ve been over charged three times in the past year alone. (One time was 75$ worth)

Wonderful, caring staff. Dr Brucker was extremely busy with several emergencies, but still gave me ample time to discuss and treat my dog.

Dr. Hill was wonderful with Ivy, spending lots of time diagnosing her issue and explaining it to me and then coming up with a treatment plan. I really appreciate the care my dogs receive and the friendliness of everyone.

Great service and care!

I did not receive any explanations regarding the “billing procedure”. In the past, I always felt as thought we were nicked and dimed—being charged separately over $20 for a blood pressure reading that the Vet Tech couldn’t even get right…that’s ridiculous. This past visit, I was pleasantly surprised to see that we were not charged additionally for a service that seems pretty basic to our pets care. We were pleasantly surprised to NOT be charged a separate fee for a “blood pressure reading”. Economically that makes so much more sense.
