The care that Luna received was outstanding. I needed her to be sedated and groomed. They made a disclaimer that they were not groomers but they did a perfect job. Couldn t have done better myself

Great care given by all. Dental care is extremely expensive as are vaccinations, and preventative medications. I can see why people struggle to care for their pets.

I brought Logan in because she had a sore on her paw. I did NOT bring her in for a Comprehensive Illess Exam or a Thorough Physical Exam . This is not the first time that I have been charged $75 for something I did not want, nor think was necessary.

If waiting outside is a COVID-19 precaution, then masking should also be required. If it s to give staff time to sanitize the room, then yes, I think that was a priority.
