Best vet and staff ever!!!

My young dog is afraid of people and can be quite a handful. All staff is gracious and caring, and we are making progress in soothing his fear and calming him. So glad I can take him there for such consideration

This is the best vet office ever! I wouldn t suggest any changes because they really care about their furry patients and their human parents.

I wanted to give you 5 stars for everything but the system wasn’t working such that I could go beyond 4 stars!

Gracie has been going to Canfield since she was born and is now almost 15 years old! She’s an old girl but a love and everyone at Canfield is so kind, and you can tell each and everyone loves animals!

We have always received great care for our pets over the years. In those times of making the hard decisions, everyone has shown great compassion in our time of sorrow. My thanks to Dr. Brooker and her great staff who have served us for many years.

Dr Hill is a wonderful vet, clearly loves the animals and is always helpful, understanding and kind.

Dr. Hill is such a compassionate and thorough Vet! She is wonderful as are the Vet techs and assistants!

The only thing I can say is that the only reason Molly is still with us is because of everyone at the practice , especially you Meg. Through all our 4 dogs. You have always taken wonderful care of them. We are very lucky to have all of you!

Just felt $35 for nail trim is a bit much. All else great

Both the Tech Colleen and the Dr. were very gentle and caring. Tela did NOT like the blood draw but it was done in a very professional manner. We have tremendous confidence in Canfield Vet.

Cannot say enough about Canfield vets. The people and the service is just phenomenal. They actually get back to you if and when you have questions. Totally feels like the focus is on the pets care and not an assembly line $ driven. Customer service is absolutely top notch Soooo glad I found this place. BTW, this survey would not allow me to select a star for Q 2-6 but i would select a 5 across the board !!

As always the staff was supportive and kind to my elderly terrier who can be a handful to treat. Dr. Brooker was especially kind and helpful, reassuring me at a difficult time for two family members as well as our dog. We feel very lucky to have such a professional group available to our generations of Jack Russells.

We LOVE KATIE ZINK. We love Canfield Vet. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! The staff is wonderful to Ivy and to me. I’m all Ivy has, so her well being is #1 with me. Whatever Dr. ZINK says, we follow her instructions exactly. Having a pet is expensive, but Ivy has issues and she can’t speak for herself,so we’re dependent on Dr. ZINK to guide us. It’s worth every penny to have Dr. Zink’s outstanding knowledge and wisdom for my most precious dog. Dr. ZINK is warm, kind, responsive, knowledgeable and gives us everything we need and want in a physician. The staff is outstanding and always loves to see Ivy. They treat us like family.
