I called on Saturday worried about my dog and was told to bring him over in 15 minutes - the wait was quick, everything was communicated, Dr. Zink explained everything to me, and most importantly Bradley s issue was addressed, I received Medicine, and within a day he was feeling better. The office called Monday to check on him. Absolutely wonderful wonderful care and experience!!! Thank you

Hi, My pets have been patients at Canfield vet for 15+ years. I have noticed a decline in follow-ups and overall thorough communication. I have been hesitant to comment until now. I was told a prescription was ready for my dog for her hook worms. But no one had informed me that she had hook worms, so it came as a suprise. I was also told I would receive email info regarding prednisone dosing and tapering for pill form in preparation for a switch to a dog inhaler. But did not receive any information. Prior to this, I have experienced other failures to have calls returned. It is disheartening when your pet is sick and you feel as though you are being forgotten about. Or information is getting lost along the way.

Thank you for being so kind to me during this time. My husband was the primary care giver to our dogs so I had to quickly take his place.

Can t ask for better. They really care about my dog and are kind to me as my dog is aging and his time may be short

I think that more time is needed to discuss end-of-life care for an animal. I felt somewhat pressured to get medication for a 17 year old (soon to be 18 year old) cat. There are times in an animal s age when forcing medication down their throat or having a surgery is not a quality life. Instead of them living out their final year or so on your lap, they want to run from you because there is a pill/medication that must be given. I think that there should be some sensitivity to this issue, and a reality check discussion without associated guilt on a well discussed decision.

Billing was a little weird. The Dr walked away with my credit card, and came back with an itemized bill. I trust you guys to take good care of my credit card, but this made me nervous. A good solution might be to bring out the itemized bill ahead of time, then I could phone in to pay with my card. Otherwise, everything was smooth, and I m happy with the care and service.

when clicking on the change value it was not working well. I am not sure if it was my computer or not.
