It’s always a treat to take our TESS to Canfield. The greyhound is a nervous dog even in the best of situations. From her cancer surgery to trimming her nails, we know she’s getting the best possible care from everyone on the staff. Rick Holahan

It was so good to be able to come IN with my pets!!

We are always pleased with how our pets are cared for. You always are on top of any problems that might arise and the support staff is fantastic. Everyone is always very professional but equally friendly and pleasant.

Dr. Zink is wonderful! She was so empathetic when our dog Cody was put down due to old age, and when we see her for appointments in general, she always makes sure that I understand everything she is saying (I am deaf) and will write down things to ensure that communication is clear. She also responds to emails promptly and provides all the information we need.

Well run practice that provides quality care for every pet that walks through the door. Warm and friendly staff. Enough time is taken so that all questions are answered.

Louie had a very positive visit

I was told two visits ago that if I loved my dog, I would take measures to help her lose weight. She and I took that very seriously, and she has lost weight, but on each subsequent visit, the weight has not changed on her report. The tech who brought her back to me said she had lost at least 5 lbs. I specifically asked for an accurate weight, and she gave it to me.I hope next time, it is reflected on her report, as I am unable to weigh her at home, and I do love her very much!

Dr Hill looked so tired

How can you improve “perfect.” Dr. Brooker’s knowledge, concern for her canine patients and her clinical skills are excellent. She discusses our Sheltie’s health and answers any questions I might have about her care and she always gives our dog a thorough examination and listens to any concern I might have about her care. Dr. Brooker and the staff at Canfield Vet are always friendly and welcoming as well.

I think it’s going fine but I’m looking forward to being able to go back inside. I hope it’s not too much longer.

One thing is that I did not realize that Riley would be getting her snap test done at her 6 month visit until after the test was completed.

I had an appointment for late next week but was very worried about Benny. Dr. Hill called me at 8:00 p.m. and arranged to see Benny the next morning. We’re still trying to determine what’s going on but I appreciate the kindness and consideration. The bill was scary high but there’s nothing I won’t do to help him.
