I was sent forms to fill out for my pets but then was asked the same questions over the phone by staff. No big deal but it was a waste of time filling out the forms

If at all possible, can you begin seeing pets with their humans instead of making humans wait inside their cars? Could this be at all possible with proper precautions? Having a puppy, going in for the appointment is so important to me.

They have done an incredible job over this past year keeping everyone safe and healthy
