We had a very good experience at Windcrest with our 7-month-old puppy Trolley. All of our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely, friendly, and informative manner. The staff answered all of our calls and explained each step in the course of action. They took great care of our puppy (we know he can be a handful!). (Side note for Dr. Snijders and Dr. Dawkins--- Trolley ending up defecating a red milk-jug cap after he was discharged home). Thank you for everything. I appreciate Windcrest and all the staff for their quick and friendly service of my small pet! This is my first experience with a chinchilla and the doctor and staff made me feel very comfortable with owning my “Squeaky “. That you everyone at Windcrest!

Billing was not explained until I questioned the bill. While I m sure Dr. Cassidy is vey knowledgeable and caring, and my dog for whatever reason was extremely apprehensive and at times uncooperative, I felt that by the end of the appointment she was extremely flustered (as I was, since I have not known my dog to be that uncomfortable at any time before)--but as I am a healthcare professional as well, I could never let my patients see me frustrated. We will try again next week with some Trazodone, and I certainly hope for much better results and a better outcome.

I was very satisfied with the emergency care they provided for my chihuahua mix, Cocoa. He was brutally attacked be a large pit bull and he is alive and slowly healing. He is definitely traumatized by this attack and it will be quite awhile before he gets over this fear.

I honestly took my dog in, thinking he d be put down, but I wasn t really given that option. It worked out okay, except being out $1800, because my daughter, who was visiting from out of town later the following week, had a chance to say good bye before he died. And it gave both my grown kids time to adjust to the idea of their beloved pet coming to the end of his life. I ve had my other dog in to Windcrest ER, and you guys do a great job. Thank you.

Overall, it was a very good visit for us.

I want to thank the staff for being available 24/7. We had an emergency and needed to be seen in the middle of the night. The staff was pleasant and concerned about our pet.

I’ve (unfortunately) had to take my cats to the emergency department at Windcrest multiple times, and they’ve both been patients in the ICU. The staff has never been anything less than completely amazing. I trust their care 100% and can’t thank them enough.

Loved staff and facility- incredibly disappointed with cost of service. Super expensive. An annual check up for an 11 pound dog turned out to be $700 as xrays we’re needed. But, I wasn’t paying that much even at the emergency vet in Philly main line with other animals. Please re-evaluate cost of service.

I always get excellent service at Hockessin animal Hospital. Of course Dr. Anthony is my favorite vet ever. I will never go anywhere else. He takes good care of Lacy. and Frankie. The staff has always been friendly and efficient.

Check-in process is consistently slow because of the computers. It seems to take Staff a long time to get the client’s page to come up on the computer, and this has resulted in unnecessary wait time and longer lines almost every time I come in. Everything else runs smoothly.

Dr. Anthony has a very caring approach when interacting with my pet.

Need more help on 3 day weekends; Memorial Day - many people boarding their doggies / cats...

Dr Wilkerson & Lindsey were both GREAT w/Finley who tends to be shy until she feels comfortable & she very quickly did. I like that Dr Wilkerson gets down on the floor w/her so that she is less scared of him than she would be if he was standing over her. I recommend him to all those looking for a GREAT vet.

Very pleased with the vet and the staff. I have taken my birds many years ago to Wincrest because they were able to handle birds in the ER. My avian vet retired so I drove 1 hour for this visit. I will continue to return for all my pets.

It was my first time to the office and I am thoroughly impressed. I can’t wait for future visits
