This is the third time I ve seen this doctor and wasn t satisfied. She kept asking us what do we think, we came to her place of work for help if we knew the answer we wouldn t have came. I m lost and I still have questions that she didn t answer. This was a waste of money.

The hook leash holders under the main desk require two hands to secure the leash while paying the bill. I recommend dock cleats on top of the desk such as they use at Savannah animal hospital in Lewes, DE . The dock cleat allows you to just hook the leash and is very secure. When ready to leave you don’t have to bend down to release the catch while the dog is pulling away causing more fumbling around. Other than that I like your facility very much!

We were nervous taking our pet here since this was our first experience with an emergency but I wouldn’t have taken him anywhere else. Staff was amazing and was always so happy to let us know how our baby was doing. They didn’t overcharge us or recommend anything that we didn’t need. We will be back if anything like this happens again. Thank you for making this process so easy and comfortable!

We have been taking our cat to Windcrest for most of her 17 years before she past away last year of kidney disease. Service was always top notch. Great group of Vets and assistants work there. Especially like Dr Namey who now will be taking care of our new cat, Sheba.

I love Windcrest! Gina is the only groomer I trust with my baby, Mr. Roper. She always takes the best care of him and sends hiim home looking even more handsome then when he came in. Thanks for having great staff and doctors. The care that s given is so appreciated.

I did not feel that my dog got a thorough physical exam. The doctor Nova looked at his teeth nor in his ears. I was charged twice for blood work and I needed to question that charge, which was $456 too much. I needed to make this appointment first in the morning because my wait time at previous appointments was close to 45 minutes and I have a dog that is very nervous. Very dissatisfied with routine appointments. I was very satisfied with emergency appointments
