I was so surprised at how hands on the vet, Dr. Mitchell, was. She clipped my two cats nails and she gave Dash, my male cat, a hygenic shave on his butt that he needed pretty badly. I was prepared to have to make another appointment for these items. It was one stop shopping! Thank you for making this easy.

The tech., DR Feldman, at least two tech. who cleaned out Lucky ears were all courteous, well spoken, and helpful. Two tech. showed me how to use the little syringe to put med. in both ears. We are pleased with results for Lucky so far. I think the cleaning removed the layer of dead skin cells, wax, dirt ect that the med. can now penetrate deep enough to work on the infection.

Scamp and I had a very good experience. See you again in a few weeks!

Your facility was all about making a dollar . I would not recommend your facility to anyone. All I heard from Dr.Kern is how much more it would cost. That she would send in the estimate. She was very cold. Pet lovers are at your mercy in a emergency.

Dr Haviland was very nice and thorough. She explained everything very well. She even called to check in the following day on her day off.

It’s a great environment for all animals. All the staff & techs are very caring & gentle especially with a difficult animal to be seen. The drs are very thorough with the treatment & explanations for treatment, care, & follow-up is explained very well.

I only use HAH for grooming. Danielle is great!

Dr Feldman was kind and professional, as were the rest of the staff who were involved in our visit! Recommendations were made for optional treatment, but they weren t forced on me, which was a totally different experience I d had in the past with VCA animal hospitals. Great experience at Windcrest!

I was happy with the way my dog was treated and taken care of and what was explained to me. They could not do the surgery there and told me I would have to call to find a place that could do it, they could’ve been more helpful and made the calls since they had to talk to the other Hospital anyway.

Dr Anthony, Amy and all the other techs are wonderful! You care for Taz as much as we do!

I was a regular there and spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years. It was a 2 bedroom home when I came with my first dog. I used to send lunch in once in a while for everyone just to say thanks. Had an issue several years ago wrote on website and received nothing of a response. So, I left. I could not get a resolution, just words like Hun and sweetie, we will take care of it and I am sorry. It appeared impossible to reach anyone in real management. That didn’t set well, especially since I have run call centers for years before Real Estate. I really had respect for Anthony, great Vet. My Golden blew her ACL and had surgery, I was not content the PT people, so moved back to Kate. Kate knows her stuff and worked on both Isabelle and my last Golden Abigail. Took a lot for me to call, but Kate is worth it. The biggest loss to any business is the customer who never returns. In this case you have Kate there, so I was halfway back.

Excellent, kind, and timely service. I fully recommend Dr Bell and Centreville Vet.

Windcrest is THE best Animal Hospital in Delaware

Dr. Namey is fantastic! She is always invested in the well-being of our animals and spends time explaining what could be bothering them as well as how to best treat them. She also has never pushed frivolous tests or unnecessary expensive foods!

As always, my wife and I were very pleases with the care that our Collie Snoofy received. Both Dr. Mitchell and the vet tech took the time to explain the details of the performed procedure. Photos and post procedure detailed instructions were provided. I ve been very pleased with Dr. Mitchell, she has seen our dogs for more than twenty years. The vet techs that assist her have always been pleasant and professional.

I called ahead for advice. The technician told me I would have to bring my cat in for an office visit. She also told me they would likely need to take an X-ray. We brought our cat in and was told by the vet “we don’t have enough time to take xrays before we leave so you’ll have to take her to Windcrest.” We paid $68 for what was in our opinion a complete waste of our time and money. We wish the technician would have been honest with us that likely they won’t have time to do what was needed and for us to have taken her to Windcrest to begin with. Also, we never received a call back from our vet from a previous visit. I even called and left a message. We’ll likely be switching providers.

We were never told anything about the bill or what we were paying for.

Dr. Havalind was very kind and helpful! The receptionists, who’s names I don’t remember, we’re also very friendly and welcoming. (As was Margarita!)

Overall, it was a good visit with Dr. Haviland. But I left with a prescription that I didn’t want and did not want to pay for. We were given a pain medication and an antibiotic for a minor infection. My pet needed the antibiotic, but my pet was not in any pain, so I didn’t want the pain medication. But there was no discussion - Dr. Haviland just told me what the plan was and didn’t ask if I had questions, or if that sounded ok. So I felt that the prescription was sort of pushed on us.

Staff was great and Dr was very helpful . The one exam room is convenient but could use some updating for appearance. Overall however this was a very positive experience and I am glad we chose the practice for our pet

Due to my dogs being large and elderly they can not get around too well. The overwhelming help I get from graylyn crest is a God send. They are always available to help me and I mean ALWAYS. I have been to many vets over the years and I trust no one except the wonderful staff at graylyn crest. Kind compassionate and professional at all times. I would rate 10 plus ??????

I think I should have been contacted asap of the blood work results. Bloood work done Wednesday March 06, It’s March 08, Still have not learned results. Was told Dr Namey is on vacation. I Will be contacted March 11 of results.

Sherman’s appointment with Dr Bell went perfectly. We like Dr B’s thorough, no nonsense yet warm approach.
