We didn’t have an appointment, but were picking up a prescription for Duncan and some Entero for both cats. My husband mentioned that we’re behind schedule in getting Duncan and Dylan in for their checkups because I had surgery on a broken ankle last week. I’ll be calling for an appointment soon. I m new to Centreville Veterinary Hospital and very happy with their services. I recently moved from Circle Vet to Centreville because of the thoroughness of the exams and time spent explaining my pets overall health. Dr. Bell and the entire staff are kind, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

I came to Wincrest because it was open for an emergency visit over the Holiday weekend, is close to my home, and I could get in quickly. Doctors and vet techs at Wincrest were friendly, forthcoming with information, and put my at ease. Overall, we are very pleased with the care our Bonnie received at Wincrest and would most definitely come back should we experience similar circumstances. Special thank you to Dr Snijders.

I was surprised to see a $75 charge for a heart worm test as it was not part of the estimate for spaying. I would have passed on the test had I been asked if I wanted it performed.

I am truly grateful to your wonderful staff, and Dr. Havilland for their assistance with our pet. I wish I had come there a long time ago. I have owned dogs for many years and this is the best place I have ever experienced. Your facility is spotless and that is so appreciated. No odors. No messes. I expected, given how beautiful your place is to be billed at a much higher rate. I was surprised at how very reasonable your services were and truly appreciate the amount of time that was spent with us. After treatment, I was waiting for follow up from the doctor so that she could explain the medications and special food, and timing for receipt of blood test results, but the doctor never came back. After waiting for at least a half hour, a tech stopped by to tell me we were finished and free to leave, though she did apologize for the misunderstanding. All of the instructions were written on my invoice and never verbally communicated. I still have not received results of the blood test. I always bring my own blanket for my dog because we inevitably always have to wait (I was there for over two hours, including the time that I waited even though we apparently were done) - the floors in the examination rooms are always so cold. In the past, when treatment is prescribed, the doctor or tech provides the costs in advance - this did not happen this time - I had to ask. We recently purchased flea and tick / heart worm treatment; for a six month supply for two dogs, we paid $100 more than what I would have paid had I ordered from Chewy. When I called Windcrest the next day to ask about this, I was told that I could not return the meds nor receive a discount. I’ll try the manufacturer next.

Spent over 2 hours there. Just waiting No explanation as to why... Spent 10 minutes with the tech And 8 minutes with the doctor We love Windcrest and this is our first disappointing experience Worried my dog has not been diagnosed correctly based on the insure comments from the doctor No follow up the next day which Windcrest usually does Will definitely request my regular doctor in the future
