Prices are getting too high, every vet visit is never south of $200-300 just for routine appointments.

Wonderful customer service from all of the staff! I realized at the very end of my appointment (after I had paid), that no one ever went over pricing with me beforehand. This may have been because I mentioned that my pet insurance was reimbursing me for most of the visit- but it still would have been nice to know the cost before I checked out. Other than that everything was perfect!

Visiting with Dr. Namey and staff is always a pleasure. They know our dog and his history well and seem to genuinely care for his well being. We re always given options for treatment and they never attempt to push products on us. The front staff are courteous and efficient. Trips to the vet are never fun , but staff at Windcrest make it bearable.

Usually I would have given a higher value to 1 and 2. This time, however, there was a scheduling snafu and misunderstanding that resulted in us being scheduled on another day that we could not make. The staff was kind enough to fit us in so we would not have to return with our two cats, especially since one of them becomes very anxious when taken to the vet. Dr. Cassidy and the technicians were very caring, patient and thorough even though it was a busy evening. So in spite of the appointment taking quite a bit longer than it usually does, we are grateful to the staff for their flexibility and consideration.

I went in for a well visit with free voucher and I’m need of distemper booster and ended up feeling pressured into a $186 bill. Did not like the vet and the way she treated us. Will not be coming back.

My dog has been a patient with Windcrest Animal Hospital and Graylyn Crest since she was 6 weeks old. She’s almost 9 now. There are no other doctors I would trust with her care.

The hospital has very poor management. Our doctor was assigned to both regular visit and emergency. They told us to wait for 5 days for them to be able to read us the cat’s blood work result since our doctor was on emergency visit and not able to read us the result. This is totally nonsense since any technician can read us the result and I have been following my cat’s treatment for a month I can understand the result.

They were professional I had hard time waiting for other emergencies to be dealt with as Gracie kept throwing up and had diarrhea. I was worried she was getting dehydrated. I was there for close to 2 hrs.

The staff was great, both for getting shots prior to boarding our dog and during the process of dropping of and picking up. Dani was exceptionally friendly, helpful and informative when I took my dog for shots. My one complaint is that my dog was not walked for the first two days of her stay at the Kennel and that was very disappointing. Not sure how that happened.

Caspir enjoyed her time @ the spa. Dremeling is great. Let s hope the chip works

I have always felt comfortable with the Windcrest staff. I believe my little boy is getting the best medical treatment and he struts through the doors like a little prince ready for his appointment.
