Very great service. They took my dog as an emergency. Had to do surgery. Was so happy with staff and outcome we decided to switch to grayln . All 3 dogs ??????

The staff at Hockessin Animal Hospital are always friendly, helpful and so welcoming to us.

I love the doctors and staff - no complaints there at all! My only issue ever is the cost of services. I ve heard from numerous friends with pets that there are local practices that are far less expensive. I do however trust my pets lives to my vet and therefore I pay the cost for the services. I do know however that the Windcrest family of practices is known for being expensive.

Sorry we missed Dr. Cassidy but Philip loved Dr. Ha I,and and Aunt Lisa who gave him a toy mouse!

I came back here from Middletown because I knew I would receive superior service and I knew we needed it. The doctor was sure to explain the conditions thoroughly and answer all my questions. She even took my call a couple days later to answer follow up questions. Five star ratings all around. Honestly my cat wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for Windcrest Animal Hospital and I am forever grateful for that. Thank you!!!

I WAS THERE TO HAVE MY CAT GROOMED NOT TO SEE A VET. SORRY

I was disappointed as I made an appt for a specific day and time to see the vet of my choice as that doctor has experience with my pet. When I arrived I was told I was seeing a different vet with no explanation. I can understand and appreciate this is a multi-doctor practice , but in this case I wanted a specific provider and was not with the person I expected.

The technician did a wonderful job with my pet (who does not do well being handled at the vet office.) Technician was skilled and patient with my pet. I know that you stick to the AAHA prices even when only a very cursory physical exam can be done, but I would suggest doing a little something extra or at least spending more time palpating pet, taking a closer look, and explaining to client what you are examining. A client who doesn t know better might be blown away when they see the exam fee and feel that you haven t even examined their pet because of its fractious nature.

My Rusty has had one Vet for his entire life but due to a move to DE and as he moves into his later years we have found an outstanding Vet in Dr. Dawkins and her staff. Very happy and satisfied!

The staff called me the day before Brownies surgery, about 1130am, and reminded me to not feed her after midnight. Her surgery went well and they to us what to expect over the next few days. As all pets are family members to us, their help reassured us on what to expect. AND......the staff called us the day after he surgery to see how she was feeling. Very considerate and thoughtful. We’re definitely staying with Centreville.

The staff and Dr. Mitchell are beyond excellent! We feel they are the most competent and they always spend more than enough time with us and they consistently give outstanding treatment to our two shelties. I would also add that they also answer all our questions and take plenty of time doing so. I would highly recommend Hockessin Animal Hospital.

I loved that they took the extra time to make Cash comfortable.. He has had a rough couple of months & they did not rush his shots or treatment.

Dr. Wilkerson and Nancy are the primary reason we bring our cats to Windcrest Animal Hospital. They treat our cats with the utmost care and attention.

Danielle did an excellent job grooming our puppy. He left very happy. Both Maria & Danielle seem so kind & pleasant.

We felt our dog s medical history was not adequately reviewed before Dr Cassidy made decisions about his care. For example she was not aware he never received a lepto booster until we brought it up. It seems like a simple page through of our dog s medical history would have informed her of that, because the original lepto shot was done at Windcrest within the last year and we brought our dog in for a liver issue. We really appreciated how the technician Ben handled our dog.

Excellent service. Dr Anthony was wonderful along with staff. We have had several major pet incidents for acl and other issues and locally Hockessin was excellent Great job quick and stayed within projected estimate for costs. Didn’t do unnecessary tests and stuff. Thank you

I was not told I would need to sedate my cat before grooming. I brought in the medication and was told I was supposed to have given it to him earlier. It would have been nice if I would have been told that prior to this first appointment or if they would have assisted me giving it to him considering his actual appointment was not for another hour (I was told he needed to take it 30 mins prior). He was unable to be groomed bc of his stress levels.
