I just came from another vet did not have the influenza shot. I went there and had to pay another office visit plus medication I don’t think it was fair.

Dr. Bell and staff are the absolute BEST! We would not take our girl anywhere else!

I love coming to Wincrest because the vet tech carries our cat (and carrier) inside - and when we are done she carries our cat (and carrier) back to our car. I cannot lift the weight of the (albeit fat) cat and the kitty carrier. Parking is more convenient than the Centreville office. The quality care is excellent. I tried to check 5 star ratings and nothing happened.

Staff great. Wish the hours were better but understand since Covid.

Dr.Belle is very caring and kind. My dog is 16 a Lab/golen and we have been with her since she was a puppy! She has taken great care of my dog!!

We loved our experience from the moment that we called and got an appointment to the visit and even after. Everyone was kind and helpful and this is for sure our normal vet from now on!

The Doctor and Vet Technician were professional and very caring. I was definitely put off by the change in policy that required a heartworm test before administering the shot. Max has been on preventitive meds starting as soon as he was old enough and is a healthy 2 year old. While signing a waiver is a risk, I thought it was a calculated risk and was willing to do so. Your policies sometimes make me feel like making money is more important that caring for my pet. I really didn t like having no other option to protect him from heartworm without spending the extra $70.

I did not wait at all--Tara took us back to a room to update Gemini s info--Dr. Anthony came in right away. He has taken excellent care of Gemini for most of his life--the BEST! Tara very helpful teaching me to inject Gemini. You are ALL the best!!!

I was a little skepitcal going in. Didnt feel welcomed or comfortable until I paid, even tho the office visit was prepaid. Once I saw the Doc, I felt better, but still felt like they didnt want my business.

Very compassionate staff

The Vet and tech I saw really went above and beyond to help me with my dog. He is fearful and they were able to complete his exam, nail trim, vaccinations and even obtain a stool sample. I drive from MD to visit Windcrest because my dog gets such good care. Thank you!

Our appointment was originally scheduled on a Saturday with the Centerville office. When we arrived at the office there was noone there. We waited a few minutes then called hoping for an answering service. Our call was answered by the Windcrest location. They told us that our appointment had been cancelled but we were never notified. They told us to come right over to Windcrest and we were seen in a matter of minutes from entering the door. Excellent customer service!

Dr. Julian was fantastic! He was extremely patient with my anxious dog and took his time explaining all the services (4-Shots) my dog received. I will certainly make all future appointments with him. In a time where it is difficult to find quality personnel, you hit the Lottery with Dr. Julian!
