Was worried about unusual actions of my dog and called my regular vet he said see us.next day late afternoon. Used Windcrest as emergency before in the past. Called them got an appointment in two hours. Dr. Julian was excellent gentle and fully explaining everything. Will be changing my dogs records to Windcrest. The distance is further to travel but we ll worth peace of mind knowing you are there 24/7.

I wish I could call the Talleyville vet directly and speak with the staff there. Dr. Hammill and Lori were wonderful and calmed my scared kitty with there gentle care.

Having 45 yrs experience in taking pets to a veterinarian, this was the worst experience I ever had. I attribute this directly to the veterinarian Dr Hamill. She was not gentle in her approach to my cat which created a tension ( an animal can sense). As a result my Ragdoll cat was traumatized. They insisted on giving me a prescription for tranqualization, charged me, without my consent. I will NOT be having my cat see Dr Hamill EVER!

Dr.Garrick and the two technicians are friendly and explain everything. They are so kind to my little scardy cat Penny. Dr. Barrick explained everything about the visit. When he called today to give me results of blood work and other tests, he explained everything clearly and gave me the plan for next visit. My cat Penny has hyperthyroidism, and my cat is doing great. I appreciate so much the doctor and the two staff members who saw my cat and helped her on her way to feeling healthy. The tech saw us right away. Then we waited 20 minutes past our appointment time to see the doctor. He did spend ample time with us. My only concern was the waiting time. Always hard to predict and not aware of other things going on that may require his attention. Overall, a good visit.

The establishment is so well run. I have been in DE for a 2 -year period and so happy I chose WINDCREST for my precious babies’ care during this time. In particular, Dr. Drummond’s professionalism, knowledge and care have been outstanding.

Fantastic staff n Dr Joshua Julian I just loved, he was amazing with my girl,I love that he was the one who gave the vaccinations,n he got right down on the floor to her level made her feel comfortable. My girl was barked at her other vet,she didn t do that one he walked in,that made me feel good as soon as he came in.
