I was unable to select the 5 stars for excellent from my laptop. The veterinarian and the vet tech are excellent. Marigold was very relaxed during her exam.

Always a pleasant experience with staff. They answer my questions and explain what s up with my girls, Foxy and Oreo. Caring.

The message on your phone system that plays when you select that your call is an emergency needs to be changed. When the system was down it was like your offices were closed.

Facility is a little dirty. There is an odor to the place - not a cleaning product odor. I was at end of day and that could have played into it. While I’m not planning to go elsewhere, that is the one variable that would open me up to considering another practice. Stephanie is amazing! My dog loves hers. I appreciate her explanations. She has a very kind way of coaching me to try something different (aka telling me to discounting what I’m doing as it may not be helping my dog)

Dr Bell is fantastic! She takes her time with explanations. Her knowledge is incredible. I never feel rushed. She is the response that I go to Centerville. An extra bonus is the excellent staff. Everyone that I have dealt with even during the difficult times during Covid were friendly and went the extra mile! .

Nancy the vet tech was amazing - very compassionate and kind. It meant a lot to us that she was who she was.
