I was very happy with the new Vet at the Graylyn Crest location. He was honest and knowledgeable. The Vet Tech was exceptional. I would highly recommend them both.

Wellness visit cost over $100 and took 5 minutes wasn’t as detailed as I hoped. Also I felt like I was at a used car lot with all the assistants trying to sell me the stuff I didn’t need. Also why are shots double of what I can get elsewhere but I have to get them from you so I can get medication.

Kate, Jessica and Nancy are the absolute best. I surely hope Windcrest knows how important they all are. King actually enjoys his therapy because of them.????

My animals have been seen at Windcrest for years. In the past year or so I have been disappointed on several occasions. This latest well visit for my dog was not my favorite. The tech we dealt with recommended numerous vaccines, none of which my dog has gotten before even though this was probably her 6th or 7th visit to Windcrest… I declined these vaccines & could tell the tech wasn’t pleased, even though the vet didn’t have much reaction. My dog has quite the lengthy medical file & both the tech & vet seemed very confused on reading & understanding it even though Windcrest has been the only vet my dog has seen since we’ve had her… they kept referring to our “previous vet” even when I assured them that besides one initial appt after adoption my dog has only been seen at Windcrest. I did not care for the tech we saw at all, but I did enjoy the vet. The vet was young & friendly & what I expect from Windcrest, cannot say the same about the tech.

Nail trimming should be part of routine wellness visit. For my “routine” wellness visit, examination took less than 10 minutes with the doctor. I may or may not recommend your practice.

The whole staff is very polite and helpful

Dr Namey was thorough as usual and Nancy was wonderful answering questions and giving directions for the follow up I need to do at home. Bear s test results were speedy and also shared quickly. I m happy that my dog is cared for at Windcrest.

I was very happy when I seen the doc taking care of my bird I never knew my bird was friendly and talkative when the doctor was checking him

The online scheduling was extremely convenient. The staff was friendly and interested in the health of our canine. They answered all questions and concerns about our canine.

Dr. Joshua Jullian and the assistant were amazing. He examined our ferret on the floor and was so compassionate. He performed a procedure on the same day and made my son and I feel so comfortable with her diagnosis. I emailed Dr. Jullian a question later that same night and he answered me promptly. I highly recommend Dr. Julian and Windcrest for all your loved animals.
