My only complaint was to please listen clearly. We asked during our appointment to get our cats nails trimmed and it never happened.

Dr. Janet Mitchell and Melissa, CVT are wonderful!! So helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Dr. Mitchell for many years with my pets. The staff are kind and caring and treat my dogs with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend the Dr. s at this location.

Dr. Julien has the gift of being able to communicate with animals and their parents. He puts all at ease and explains thoroughly what is happening. We never walk away feeling like we haven’t been heard or like we’ve been up sold. As long as he stays at the practice we will be there with all of our animals.

I was very happy with the attention I received and the treatment my aminals got.

Our pets have been expertly and compassionately cared for by the vets and techs at Windcrest and Graylyn Crest for almost 30 years. Obviously we are happy with you!

When we picked Mya up after surgery she had a very large white cone on. I suggested she have a smaller cone so she could see us since she’s deaf. The tech said she didn’t know Mya was deaf. I feel that anyone who had contact with her should have been made known of this. Thankfully the tech looked for a smaller cone which was clear andMya was noticeably less agitated since she could see and maneuver better.

Before everytime lve come into Windcrest or Hockessen lve asked what the bill will likely be, and everytime it s like $100-$200 more than lve been told. If l didn t have to l would never bring my cat in for any services again! I feel lied to and taken advantage of like people say about car garages that are always pushing services and jacking up bills, when you ve been led to believe you have no choice.

My dogs always receive the best care. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

Our visit was a very good experience. We were greeted and attended to quickly. The vet techs were informative and incredibly kind to my cat especially while drawing blood. Dr. Cassidy is exceptional. She really took the time to understand my cat s unusual problem and explained to me her thinking and why she was suggesting procedures, medicines, or solutions. It s been a week and the medicine she prescribed is working! (she doesn t even know yet). I took my cat to the Talleyville branch a year ago for this issue and I chose to go to Windcrest/Dr. Cassidy for this visit because I felt we would get better answers, and we did. Thank you Dr. Cassidy!!!! Brilliant! :)

Unfortunately, I was unable to get an appointment with Dr. Demarco and had to see Dr. Dawkins on 12/21. I found out that my dog had diabetes on 12/21 and Dr. Dawkins handed me a few pieces of paper and said here are some reading materials on diabetes. I put Max to sleep on 12/31 forever. I will never refer Windcrest Animal Hospital to anyone but I will let them know about my insensitive and unprofessional experience with Dr. Dawkins.

I called twice back to back trying to get an update and the automated system disconnected me. I drove over to your facility to find out what was going on with my dog. Not sure what was going on but 3 staff members at the desk when I got there and none on the phone. I suspect there is an issue with phone system

Reenie loves to see Dr. Cassidy! She is so kind and knowledgeable. We followed Dr. Cassidy to Windcrest from Hockessin Animal Hospital even though now we have to travel half an hour instead of 8 minutes! I cannot praise Dr. Cassidy enough!

The cost can be prohibitive at times.
