It went perfectly. Dr. Bell was wonderful, again, explanatory, and understanding.

I ask the vet to check bird’s beak, chest bone and cut on flight wings. It did not appear to me that he checked the beak or chest bone and if he did he did not communicate his findings to me. The waiting time was very long. I understand it was a night visit to an emergency room and there were probably more urgent cases than ours. But the wait time was very long. Other than that, I thought that the care and treatment was excellent. I felt that I was responding to promptly and appropriately when I called. I thought the curbside service was great. I thought the vet was great. I thought the tech was great. Everybody was nice to us… We are very grateful that you were there for us when we needed you! Thank you!!

Dr. Kate is an amazing and knowledgeable physical therapist. I have brought numerous dogs to her for PT and have always gotten the best services and her kindness with the dogs is truly appreciated. She s very communicative too, which is fantastic. We love Dr. Kate!!!
