I am absolutely so grateful for Dr Mitchell! She has been wonderful with taking care of my pups. She helped me every step of the way when I had to say goodbye to my Sadie and Rocco after lympoma diagnosis. I could not ask for a better vet. ??

To make the curbside more prompt, if there is someone who called ahead, you can see what type of car to expect, then have someone come out when they arrive, instead of them parking, calling, and then head out. Was still pretty fast, but for someone who s upset about their pet, it seems like longer.

I really liked my first experience there, as well as my cat. The environment and staff made her feel at ease even though she was a little frightened. The staff took the time to examine, diagnose, and explain meds my cat would be taking. I would go back again and I would recommend them as well.

Everything was great for a first time puppy owner! Amy was especially great with onboarding and her initial response!

Dr Dawkins is top notch! She is truly wonderful. The tech was very good as well.

I gave all 5 stars above because in those particular areas I feel it is deserved. If asked about the recommended course of treatment I would have the total opposite opinion. An emergency c-section was recommended at an extremely high cost. I obtained a second opinion, using the x-rays that Windcrest provided, it was determined the baby was not even in a position to be born yet. It was decided that we would give the mother more time to deliver which she did several hours later without complication. If I would have followed Windcrest’s treatment plan the mother would have had a major surgery and the baby probably would have died from the anesthesia.

My husband and I were thankful for the prompt thoughtful and caring emergency treatment for our pet. Thank you

After many years and many animals being seen by your office I will be switching veterinarians. I came in for a simple ear infection in an otherwise extremely healthy dog and was charged $250. I should have questioned the bill in the office but I was in a hurry and had already waited to be seen for at least 40 minutes with no other animals at the practice so I have no idea why it took so long. The vet spent approximately 90 seconds looking in my dogs ears and listening to heart and lungs. He never discussed types of medication and prices. I was charged over $100 for 7 days worth of ear drops!! Which can be found online a chewy for less. For years I have watched your prices go up and your service decline and I will not be coming back again. I would not recommend your services and in fact discourage others from your practice.

Everything was perfect for the appointment. We would really like to thank Dr. Drummond and Nancy for waiting on us on Monday. It wasn’t your typical physical and we are so glad for their help. The slightest thing like trying to find your pets dog food in the time of shipping issues and Covid delays, can really wreck havoc for the pet who can only handle certain foods. We appreciate their help in getting boo back on track.

Everyone was very nice. After waiting in my car for awhile I notified them that my dog was critical. A nurse came running out to my car. The doctor was nice and explained how critical my dog was… they were very compassionate. I appreciate the help.

Very appreciative of the calm demeanor of your entire staff. I’ve never had to take my dog to an emergency room and I was so worried, but you put me at ease right away, even over the phone before I got there.

Jenny and Dr. Namey were fantastic! They couldn’t have been more loving and attentive with my injured and frightened Labrador Penny. Thank you for all that you do for our furry family members!!!

The team was willing to fit me in to prevent a flair up of an ongoing issue. The Dr and team communicated with me, provided support and compassion, and took the time to patiently demonstrate how to wrap my pup s foot so that I could do the daily application over the weekend. Talleyville Veterinary Team is the Best!!

Thanks to a cancellation we were able to get our lab in for PT right away, otherwise our appointment was schedule three weeks out. We made appointment four days out at another hospital because of the three week wait, but again thanks for the cancellation as our lab needed the PT immediately. Windcrest is where we wanted to be. We are thankful.

Love Graylyn Crest AH. I had a new tech and a new vet (Dr. Garritt) and they did a great job. All the techs there are top notch. (Still sad Harold left.) It is a perfect hidden gem (that I tell everyone about) up here in N. Wilmington. I appreciate it is a satellite of Windcrest which I m sure is highly rated. I would suggest making more of that connection!
