This was my first visit to Windcrest. I recently transferred from another practice to continue my dog, Bella s, health journey with Dr. DeMarco. Bella has chronic ear infections and gets anxious when she s in unfamiliar territory. Dr. DeMarco has been a partner to me throughout this entire journey and knows just how to take care of Bella. You scored gold when Dr. DeMarco joined your team.

My family and I are extremely grateful to Dr. Louis Snijders for saving our beloved 27 year old turtle name Metro life. We are grateful for Dr. Snijders s extraordinary skills, knowledge and compassion. On a hilarious note he also informed us that Metro isn t a male but female! My family and I also thank all the other Doctors and staff who assisted. Highly recommended!??

We ended up waiting for quite a long while to get X-rays taken of our dog s shoulder 2 hours). We were forewarned regarding the possibility of a wait

The team was incredibly kind and sweet with my dog. They took extra time to talk through some questions I had and I felt like they really listened to my concerns about my dog. Lovely team!

Scheduling for the appointment was great along with all aspects of the visit and follow-up. This has been my experience at all my requests and appointments.

I would like to suggest that vet techs speak in soft voices. Animals are brought into emergency in distress and loud voices can be jarring to them. I know when I bring my animals in to emergency I appreciate soft voices rather than booming loud voices. I understand the effort to be friendly but you can be friendly and use a quiet. It puts me at ease and also comforts me knowing my animal is less afraid of the new human. My cockatiel was brought back into oxygen so I wasn’t able to see how he was handled which greatly upset me. I understand he needed to be put in oxygen but being able to see how he was handled would have put me at ease. I’ve had experiences at other vets where my animals are roughly handled in front of me so goodness knows how they are handled not in my presence. The doctor used a soft voice which I appreciated. The wait time was acceptable.

You took us in after I called 5 other places that said they were full. I am so glad you were able to see our bleeding ?? dog. Thanks a million!!!!!!

Talleyville is a wonderful, caring practice. I always feel comfortable when I contact or come in, and best of all, I know my girls are getting the very best care!

I was so scared when I brought in my poor baby. Both the vet and his assistant were so incredibly kind and easy to understand. I am so grateful to their attention and how they took care of my sweet kitty Rigby. It s farther than I usually go, but I ll be making this drive for emergency visits from now on for sure. Thank you thank you thank you!!

I don t have a mouse just an old iPad mini. The Doctor & the Staff were very nice & helpful at the time of the visit. I was happy with the injections for the Cervenia, Fluids & pain. Not sure about for nausea injection? Test for Feline Leukemia(heart worms)most cats don t have any problems with heart worms I ve been told I, don t really know much about, I trust in you for her care. But she did get a Feline Leukemia shot, right? I just wonder about her throat seems she it s painful for her to swallow....I m putting her in steamy bathroom 2x day which seems to help her for awhile, but she still shakes her head so will continue with the steam room! Thank you all for your kindness. I didn t go with your 24Pet Watch for $29.95, cancelled that. Faithfull Friends called me & I went with their people they use & found out at that time she was already microchipped when they got her. It didn t cost me anything. Thx again for seeing my Frankie as quick as you could, much appreciated for sure! God Bless You All & Stay Safe & Healthy. ??????????

Dr. Anthony and his staff at Hockessin Animal Hospital are beyond awesome! My dog King gets so excited when we go there. King isn t always happy about what needs to be done but everyone is so caring there that King overlooks that and really enjoys being there. I usually have to fight King to leave sometimes. You couldn t pay me to go to another vet! Thank you so much for everything from King and Eddie!???

Everything was fine with our appt. Dr Anthony and the technicians were very gentle with our cat and best of all our cat now seems fine so thank you for all of your help and great service!

I would like to say that our tech Katie was amazing. She was very good with our puppy Reign-Bo. She took her time allowing Reign-Bo to get use to her. She answered all the questions I had and explained everything until I understood it. I went to this veternarary clinic because the clinic that I normally go to did not have even an emergency appt till after that if this coming week. I am now they didn t have any. Or I wouldn t have found this clinic with this amazing tech Katie.

My compliments to all the staff. Wonderful people on a busy Friday night. Doctor clearly explained treatment options without pushing only the pricey tests.

The receptionist was rude. I realize rules are rules, I was suffering severe knee pain and my dog needed anal expression, through my own suffering I forgot her vaccine papers and asked if I could text them to her. Rules are rules, lucky my own Vet text me her vaccines and her smart ass remark was out your mask on. She could careless about my own suffering to be able to help my pet. They claim.the dog didn t have hardly anything to express but when I got it dogs to their own Vet he said their glands were full. I always got polite and friendly service for years. But you cater to the Socialist rules. Control. My own Vet kindly helped me get my pets out of the car. I m still suffering with severe leg pain but thank God my own Vet was able to assist me. I pray that I don t never have to use this service again. Your socialist rules are more important than helping someone in need. God help.her.

Everyone is always so nice there and Dr. Namme is the very best don t know what I would do without her.
