Always great care in a friendly environment. Only suggestion would be for veterinarian to introduce herself since it was not the one we typically see and we have never met her before. Her care was great though!

The technician allowed me in to observe the procedure. It was very helpful in that there are things I may be able to do at home to help manage the problem.

Dr. WILKINSON I feel so confident in taking any of my pets to him he is knowledgeable and caring my lizard Leonard is totally comfortable with him

This year has been quite a challenge, but through it all, Dr. Wilkerson and the staff at Graylyn Crest have been remarkable! They have always been very responsive to my pets needs and have worked hard to make visits as easy as possible. It was great being able to finally come inside and see firsthand how good they are with my pets. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants the best care for their pets.

The staff we worked with were extremely nice. They were able to put fluids in our dog in the patient room so our dog didn t have to be separated from me. I think he handled it much better than if he had to go into another room.

The vet tech and Doctor spent more time working with my dog and his anxiety than any vet ever has. They were awesome!

All of the Staff involved were caring and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Bell showed great compassion dealing with Ninja and me. She even called the next day to check up on Ninja and spent time on the phone with me discussing Ninja and what care should be shown her.

This Was my very first visit to centerville veterinarian hospital. They were able to get me in on a short notice and with a convenient late evening Appointment on a holiday weekend. I would like to thank Dr.Bell, Kim, Kim, Arianna and Kaitlin for being extremely helpful polite and sweet. They all provided excellent service and Made my Dog feel very comfortable and loved during a scary allergic reaction. I have already talked up all of the staff and recommended this hospital to all my friends and family. Everyone was so nice I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Ladies ! Everyone was wonderful. The staff put me at ease and I felt comfortable that my furbaby was going to receive excellent, compassionate care.

I had to drive nearly two hours from home to get to the appointment. I was not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was very nice. Everyone made me feel welcomed. I am glad that I was able to have my gecko seen. I was given information to take home and they even text me the lab results over the holiday weekend. Thank you for being one of the only animal hospitals/vets to see exotic animals. You were well worth the drive.
