Dr. Anthony and his assistant were both very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Anthony expertly drew blood from my tiny 40g lovebird.

I’ve been a client my entire life. I need my prescription filled from chewy, that is one of the reasons I came in and I’m very disappointed that I’ve called four times and it’s been two days. Every time I call I get the run around and chewy is blamed. I have nothing but great experiences with Chewy so I highly doubt they are lying. My cat was seen and is currently ill. He has a food allergy and needs the food. I’m trying to be understanding and patient but at this point the only reason I would return to Windcrest is because of Dr. Cassidy.

This was great, they were fast and answered all my questions. Might start going here now instead of my normal vet

Staff at Graylyn Crest Animal Hospital are always professional yet friendly. Information is given freely and easily understood. All of the staff love the animals.

Everyone was friendly, professional & informative for my situation. It s a very difficult time and there are difficult decisions to make for us. After talking to the doctor about my cat Tanner it was reassuring to know my cat not suffering is important to remember. For now, I m diligently caring for him and giving him as much love as we can. Our dog, Kylie had surgery on Tuesday, 6/15/21 with Dr. Dawkins. Both he and his staff were absolutely awesome! We wouldn t trust our dogs to anyone else for treatment. I love how they treat our dogs with such great care, compassion, and kindness. Dr. Dawkins professionaism, extreme surgical talents, and compassion gives us the reassurance to know that our babies are in great hands and will be very well taken care of. When I call the Hockessin office I get Windcrest and wish that it was easier to communicate directly with Hockessin. It would facilitate resolution of specific issues much more easily. Need to talk to staff at the Vet I am dealing with without a middleman.

Excellent veterinary services overall. Very pleased with the care my Shiba receives. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff. Surgical services were very good, with great follow up using SMS and post-surgical call by the doctor.
