It is always difficult to get an appointment. I called on a Sunday morning and the first available appointment was Friday. I wouldn t hesitate to use emergency services when necessary, but avian doctors are not always available there, either. It is my only concern with Windcrest. Dr. Haviland is always helpful, patient and caring and will not hesitate to email if needed.

Our vet doctor came out to our car and chatted for nearly 10 minutes. I was super impressed and comforted... Great folks who really care about the animals and the services they render...

Dr. Mitchell is an excellent vet. She has been our vet for 19 years and has always provided us the best care for our cats. She is thoughtful, thorough and very knowledgeable in addition to being kind.

Dr. Wilkerson and every single vet tech at Graylyn Crest are the most amazing and compassionate group of people. They are the only ones I will use for my fur kids. They always take as much time as I need to explain things to me. Shout out to the phenomenal Harold, Lindsay, Tracy, Jenn and Stephanie. You all mean the world to me and my babies.

Everything was well organized and efficient. My only suggestion would be for a new client like me.... it would have been great to have a FaceTime conversation for the first time since I had never met anyone at Windcrest before this first visit. I do feel that Fionn was well cared for.

Everyone was very helpful and caring with my rabbit even after my rabbit got angry and scared the assistant. I’m so sorry that happened, but happy that she was still cared for. Thank you

I didn t get an itemized summary of my appointment with a breakdown of everything that was administered or things I would need to follow up with. The phone call was sufficient, but if I didn t write it all or missed something it could effect my dog s health.

I was glad to be prepared for the extra long wait time and realize it’s unavoidable. You all do a great job and thank you for taking good care of Bailey.

We can t thank everyone enough for how they treated Goose. Amazing work! The curbside intake procedure worked great. Picking him up was not as great. There s no sign that says you have to call, not text, after 5, so we waited in the parking lot for over 2 hrs. All in all, small bump for getting our friend back. Thanks again.

King and I would love to THANK everyone at Hockessin Animal Hospital. Dr. Anthony is the best! Everyone treats King so kind. And even on very cold days everyone comes out and stays so courteous and kind. I feel so bad that everyone there has to come out in the cold to talk to you. To be clear about my rating for easy to get in to be seen, making a regular appointment would have been nearly a week, but at least you had an ER option to be seen right away. Everything else regarding my experience was top notch!
