Hannah is amazing. She takes such great care of our dog when we come. He is somewhat fearful of the vet, but he gets excited to see her when she is the technician. Thank you for all you do to make our boy feel loved, Hannah!

I would like to THANK the staff of the Hockessin Animal Hospital for making me feel so comfortable in transitioning the care of my animals. We just moved and I have worked with one vet for the past 15 years, so you can understand how my anxiety level was higher than Ruger s! Everyone at the clinic was so nice, and poor Dr. Mitchell had to stand out in the cold answering my questions about Anaplasmosis, and she did it with a smile behind her mask. Dr. Haviland was wonderful. Very thorough. Took the time to discuss my dog’s case over the phone and come up with a plan of care together. The technician (Breanna) that did my intake and discharge was just as excellent and took the time to explain the plan of care again as well as his medications.

Although the pandemic has changed things, at least for now, Hockessin Animal Hospital made the experience a great one. The tech got Sabrina from curbside & Dr. Anthony brought her out after her appointment which I appreciated. Let’s there still be a little personalization. Look forward to a time when I can come in & say hi to all the great staff!

I realize it is your policy during covid not to allow anyone in the facility, but we came from NJ. Not being allowed to use a bathroom was extremely problematic. I had to leave my husband standing outside in the rain while I went to the Farmer s Market. He wanted to be there in case you called him to come get our dog. We were there for six hours,so I needed to do this several times. I have bladder issues!!!! At the very least, there should be a port-a-pottie for clients to use when there is a long wait!!!!!!

4 pets in for grooming with Gina. She always meets me at the door to help me unload carriers as well as reload when grooming complete. I also receive phonecall as soon as they ready to come home. She does everything to make our visit to Windcrest enjoyable. We think she s PURRFect! Please give her a raise!!!!!!!!!
