I love coming to Windcrest. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and honest. They always answer all of my questions (I have a lot) and love my critters! I appreciate the late hours and specific care for my exotic babies.

Dr. Wilkerson handled our nervous cat wonderfully. He is a marvelous cat whisperer.

I was not charged for a test my dog was given at the time of service. I stopped in to pick up medication and was blindsided by an additional fee for a test that was not added to my invoice at the time of my visit. I was not happy about having to shell out an additional $60 after already paying $130 at the time of my initial visit. Please double check your invoices to insure all services rendered at the time of your patients visits are listed so that situations like this do not a raise again. No one likes a surprise bill.

Dr. Bell appears very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The tech and office staff were very friendly and efficient. Thank you.

The emergency room get was wonderful. So was the remaining members of the staff.

Your crew at the front desk (as well as the kennel personnel)are all fantastic. Yesterday as I brought Bethy Boo Boo in for a third straight day for summer camp doggy daycare, front desk had already printed out the check-in paperwork. the kennel staff were totally forthright as to my questions about Bethy Boo Boo s kennel habits. One check -in, the kennel staff were totally happy and accepting of getting to care. Felt like I was checking Bethy Boo Boo into the Ritz Carlton. Craig Neelsen

The tech starting examination while I was holding pet on exam table this caused the cat to freak out n bite me. It resulted in me leaving that facility and seeking medical attention for myself. I was upset and left the facility I had no answers on what was wrong with the cat. Very disappointing!!!!

The only downside to my appointment was how much everything cost. It is a deterrent to coming more frequently. Overall, I truly appreciate the services provided, the friendliness of staff and their patience! Thank you.

You are too expensive

When I needed a vet to see my dying cat they took me immediately even though we were never there before. My own vet told me to find someone else they were too busy. I did!!!

I think it would have been nice to have been told the cost of the injections and/or other treatment before I agreed to them, but otherwise I had a really great experience!

Dr.Anthony was wonderful when talking to me about our terminally ill cat. He has always been so sweet w our cats and he showed me the same amount of care when it was time to have a tough conversation.

Dr Wilkerson took a whole lot of time to assess my senior dog’s health. I was even given a car ramp that had been previously donated because I mentioned that I have trouble getting him into the car to be seen.

Dr. Dawkins was thorough and made sure to spend time with us explaining our dog’s situation. He also made great recommendations on how to proceed in the next steps of our dog’s care. Wait time was low and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy to have the emergency services available to us close to home with experienced staff.

I wasn t told anything about billing until I was asked to pay at the end. Usually doctors will go over the prices of medications beforehand and make the patients fully aware. I don t think my dog needed a $50 fecal exam and was not told it was going to be that much as she is young, healthy and didn t show signs of needing one. So I am very disappointed.
