I was frantic when I knew that Bella had a little opening after her surgery. I was very please to know that she was well looked after and I hope with the medicine I am giving her will clear up the infection. I love this rescue dog and want her with me always. thank you for helping me do that. Sincerely Ann

The Hospital doesn’t care for the welfare of the animals , I told the staff that I could pay them the next day for my emergency. They didn’t care that my 6 week old puppy had a seizure from a vaccine and only wanted money . I understood the cost for taking him ( GHOST) to the hospital. When the staff knew a blank check was arriving they immediately started to treat GHOST . And the veterinarian that was on call 8/20 couldn’t give a decisive explanation on what was the cause for the seizure. I had to hear it from the breeders. So I suggest that you educate your veterinarian’s on dog breeds and what they are at risk for and complications and reactions to vaccines . I will NEVER TAKE MY PETS THERE AGAIN!

The doctors and staff here are a great team. From the front desk, techs, and doctors I am comfortable with my animals in their care!

I will NEVER return to this office. Parking was horrible! I drove around for several minutes searching for a place to park and considered driving home instead. Finally I parked behind a restaurant near the No Parking sign. Dr. Bell was wonderful as usual. I will continue under her care - but at Wincrest instead where there is ample free parking at the door.

I called to schedule an appointment to be my Conure s beak and nails trimmed. I was billed for that (twice what I was used to paying) and also for an exam, which I was not expecting. So I ended up paying over$100 more than we had expected.

Dr Haviland is outstanding. I will be back(as necessary) and recommend her to others.

Dr Hammill is fantastic!! My dog, Manny has anxiety and she was very attentive and patient with him. She also took the time to talk about my concerns around his anxiety and provided thoughtful recommendations without making me feel hurried.
