It was our first trip to Pewaukee Vet and Dr. Kelly was outstanding. We switched vets because of several bad experiences at another place. Everyone at Pewaukee Vet was super accommodating and patient with our puppy who had became very fearful from the previous experiences at the prior vet. Dr. Kelly took the time to help our puppy try to overcome fears without forcing it. I would recommend Dr. Kelly, she is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, even more than one time!!

I was asked to arrive 10 mins. early and then sat in my car on 90 degree day with my cat and had to wait 30 mins. in car before seen. Next time, I ll arrive at my appointed time. Waiting area could be used better.

Dr Kelly was so accommodating of my need to be fiscally conservative and provided quotes for everything so that I could assess what I can afford at this time. VERY GREATFUL for her understanding that I can get some vaccines at cost from my employer but still want to keep Inga s primary care with Pewaukee Vet.

Dr. Kelly is an amazing doctor and person. True professional, true compassion.

I was concerned that the employees at the front desk and the doctor were not wearing masks. I am older with a pre-existing condition. You wear a mask to protect others. I felt disrespected.

We have been bringing our pets to Pewaukee Vet since the late 90 s. We love everything about it. The staff, the facility, everything.

Dr. Kelly is over the top wonderful with my pets. She shows true commitment. The front desk staff seem to be on a revolving door. That s the one area I d like to see changed. I have no idea who I ll be dealing with because there s always new staff.

I am always pleased with the care we receive from Dr. Caroline and her technical support staff. This included just getting our dog into the facility. They take the time to discuss our issues and do not rush through it. I truly appreciate the way the facility is run.

Being my first visit to a vet in years, I was a bit unsure of protocols, etc. All was smooth, safe, and actually fun. Educational as well!

Great Care

In the past Tess has been anxious after sedation. But this time she was totally content and loved Megan. Tess was returned to me happy.

I was very happy with the staff and the Doctor and will bring our other Dog for future treatments. Thank you all.
