Was thinking about this today. When I talked to Dr. Nick he said the bloodwork was good to use for lena s gi scope since I had just done full bloodwork 2 weeks ago at my clinic. Well it was re-ran because of a liver elevation. Wish they would have told me cuz I could have gotten it recheck at my clinic for $35-40 vs $125. Otherwise everything was great, thanks Dr. Nicki and Kaitlyn.

They dr totally rushed thru the appointment, talked so fast I couldn’t keep up and told me there would be info and directions for medications, after visit follow up etc, would be emailed to me and 48 hours later this is all I’ve received. I’ve always had a great experiences with your drs this was very disappointing and makes me rethink my dog’s future vet care.

the tech was not particularly friendly and did not introduce herself, I had to finally ask her name and her role. Dr. Hillary was fantastic. It was my first visit at the clinic with my rescue kitten. I am definitely looking forward to working with Dr. Hillary in the future!

Great care but it s expensive.

I understand that due to Covid-19 only 1 person is allowed to come into the clinic but it would have been nice to be told that ahead of time. Normally two of us would not have come to an appointment but since surgery was discussed my wife came along but had to stay in the car. She would have been happy to stay home if she would have known in advance.

I am so grateful for Dr. Nick and the entire team. They made me and diesel feel totally at home. I have 100% faith and confidence in your level of care for my new puppy. Many blessings to your entire team!
