I absolutely love Dr. Kelly. We couldnt ask for a better person to care for all of my animals. I will never ever forget how she was there for Scout and myself when i was losing Scout. She is so compassionate and caring. It is ao obvious that she loves her patients. She guided me every step of the way during scouts last few months and talked mw through putting her to sleep like no other vet ever has, encouraging me to keep talking to Scout during the process. She handled my situation so gently. She is also amazing with Lucy and Violet but Scout and I were such a tough case that i cant stop giving her kudos for that. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my beloved pets. Everyone at Pewaukee Vet is amazing but Kelly and Anna are just over the top for me.

My first time boarding my pet. I was so impressed with the staff attending to my dear cat and the check in / check out process was so efficient. The desk employees were absolutely fantastic. I did call the facility mid-stay to check on her and the employee I spoke with gave me a truly honest observation but at the same time assured me my cat was adjusting to her first time boarding experience. I appreciated that employees time, candidness and professionalism. I am so happy I chose this facility over others in the area. Having veterinary staff available in the event of illness of my pet was more than reassuring. I will definitely board my cat again if need be.

The appointment with Dr. Nick and everyone there was great. Even though you were very busy, I got an appointment right away. My suggestion would be to give written instructions. That would have helped me a lot. In particular, I did not know where on Kaiden s feet specifically to apply the ointment. And I forgot to ask about suspending Kaiden s activities, like swimming and agility. Happily I was able to get these questions answered over the phone and I was emailed a diagram of the foot showing exactly to apply the ointment. Your staff was very helpful in answering my questions. I m still not sure when Kaiden can resume swimming--I m to evaluate how he s doing and decide in 7 days. But it s hard for me to see his wounds and he doesn t act like he s in any pain, so I don t know how I will know if he s healed enough to go swimming.

Dr, Jeff has gotten us through some very hairy and worrisome times with great patience and time. He has shared with us tidbits that we are so hoping that will give GIgi a longer and comfortable life, have also appreciated the staff in accommodating our needs in a timely manner.

I was not happy with the blood test information I received. Something I was told was incorrect and that made me doubt all the information. Lisa was the vet but I requested a call from Nick to go over it. If I decide on surgery he will perform the surgery. My dog is almost 14 and this information is important to me.

Everyone I dealt with was very kind and patient with my very old, failing dog and respected my decisions on how to move forward in dealing with my budgetary constraints.

above rating should be all five star. Dr.Morgan & Sarah & Dr Nick & staff always give us excellent care or we wouldn t drive 2 hours to get there & back. Keep up the good work! Bud loves all of you & so do we!

Dr. Baker is the best vet I could have

We have been long time clients and have always appreciated the care our pets receive but it is so expensive. Anyway to lower costs would be amazing!!

This was our first time. Dr Tom and the assistant in the room were very friendly and helpful. The staff at the desk made less of a positive impression.

I don t know what your client rewards program is. 2. I live in Wauwatosa. It is not that important to me, nor convenient for me to drive that far to your clinic for grooming, boarding or day care services etc. However, It is worth it for me to drive that far for your very competent dog care services.

I ve had great experiences with the doctor and tech staff! The Pet Portal has not been ready to use. It was down when I tried to schedule an appointment for my cats. I also had difficulty seeing a history of doctors my pets have seen in the past.

Dr. Kelly is great - compassionate, knowledgeable and obviously cares for our animals. Vet techs are always so good with our cats. Would love to see dental cleanings at a lower price.

Starting to feel like we are paying more for the same services each time we come in. Especially prescription meds. I m able to purchase online for literally half what I paid in the clinic
