I love the genuine concern and thoughtful care Dr. Morgan provides to my pet family. She made difficult decisions easier for us when one of my boys had cancer. We are so happy to have such Dr. Morgan as our vet. I have referred people to see her. I didn t do it to get a reward, didn t even know I could. I did it because she is such an asset to a family that has a dog or cat with special needs. Just an outstanding lady in so many ways. She is kind patient and direct in a very respectful and caring way. Her personality is a part of her vet skills. Very grateful to know I can count on her knowing my boy and making sure he us comfortable while addressing his health issues. Pewaukee vet clinic is very lucky to have such a wonderful Dr. Your whole staff is great too.

Dr. Lisa understood our concern and relieved poor Scout’s discomfort in an efficient and timely manner. We appreciated the great care and empathy. Hopefully she will remain on the road to recovery. Scout is already acting like her old, sweet self!

I love everything about Pewaukee Vet except how you guys answer the phone! how may I direct your call is difficult: I m calling to schedule an appointment. Do I say scheduling ? Do I explain my pet s problem to the operator? I don t know your different departments. I m just calling with a concern about my pet. It is really just weird. A simple how may I help you would honestly go a long way to eliminating customer confusion and still getting the same result. I know it sounds picky but it really would make a difference.

Just too expensive - tried to get my cat groomed multiple times and eventually cost nearly $2000 because of constant repeat stat labs . . . That s insane when all I wanted was her to be shaved

I really respect Dr. Nick. I ve told my family, if anything should ever happen to me, always trust Dr. Nick s advice and go with it. He cares for Scruffy every bit as much as I do.

Always get a second opinion if you are unsure of your pet’s diagnosis! By having my cat diagnosed by PVS, I was able to save a lot of heart ache and money!

Dr Caroline is really thoughtful and comforting with my pup who gets a bit nervous at the Vet. She is thorough and very knowledgeable. She always answers any question I have! We love coming to her.

This was my second visit. I’m very impressed. Outstanding staff.

Dr. Kelly and the tech were fantastic with my dog! He is a rescue, and very nervous with new people and places. They took time to try to make his experience as positive as possible. My dog had a cracked dewclaw and WVRC cut with no sedation so I am working through issues with trimming his nails now.Dr. Kelly even got on the floor to demo how she trims her dog s nails. Super helpful visual! The appt was set up just to followup on dewclaw, but they took the time to check to give him a good exam as well and gave vaccines needed in July to help me out because I was having surgery in a few days and would not be able to drive for 1-2months. So happy with this clinic! Thanks so much.

Very happy with the vet services my cat and dog received and all the staff was so kind and friendly!

Been in and out so many times in the last month everyone knows my dog. He is like Norm on Cheers, everyone yells GUS! when we walk in. Everyone asks how is doing, and is so helpful. Dr. Carolynn has been amazing, she is empathetic and cares so much. When things were not the best she felt as bad as I did and worried about Gus. She really cares and has done so much to help him out.

Julie the med tech was responsive and caring. Dr Hillary was excellent. Calm and thorough. The charge was reasonable and fair and much appreciated!

Brooke our groomer did exactly what we wanted when grooming our dogs. She listens to our concerns and is an exceptional employee. Please let her know how happy we are with her. Dr. Tom is exceptional as well. He s they only one who knows and understands our concerns about Suzette and our financial ability. Just trying to keep our poor Suzette alive. Thank you Dr. Tom !!

Doctor & staff are always friendly & very thorough. I appreciate their interaction with my pet & myself. I trust them with the care & well-being of my pet completely.

We really appreciate the caring attitudes of all the staff. Dr Nick spent a lot of time with us and answered our questions. I have not had the opportunity to recommend this vet practice but I certainly would.

Inform people what meds are optional, or may not be needed right away, so they dont get home and realize they bought more than their pet really needs, esp when on a tight budget.
