I didn’t realize you offered a referral program!

I have been using the pewaukee clinic for over 20 years and am on my 3rd yellow lab. I would never go anywhere else

I have been so impressed with the services offered at your clinic. Dr Morgan has helped us with rehab after ACL surgeries on two of our dogs, and is helping us manage arthritis and mobility issues in our oldest dog. Cold laser, hydrotherapy,acupuncture, and chiropractic care, as well as supplements are all helping to keep her comfortable. The rehab staff is hydrotherapy have all been wonderful too!

The PVS staff feel like family. Even though the schedule was busy, I was able to get my kitty in the same day for an urgent concern. Dr. Kelly was informative, thorough, warm, engaging, knowledgeable, and entirely awesome.

The staff was very understanding ,helpful and knowlegeabe,the Doctors were smart,kind and explained everything.

We never feel as if Dr. Kelly is trying to push us into anything. She recognizes our genuine concern for our pet and respects the factors that impact our decisions. We really enjoy working with her to care for our pets.

This was the first time I met Dr. Kelly and I thought she was wonderful!

An error was made by the tech who provided a full can of food to Jake when he was inpatient for GI issues that included vomiting after eating. He had been given anti-nausea meds after all labs came back normal and was allowed to have some food. He should have been introduced to food slowly and in small quantities. Not only did this cause additional GI upset and stress for Jake, but this error may have resulted in additional charges for xrays to then investigate a potential blockage as he vomited immediately after aggressively eating because he had an empty stomach for 24 hrs. I had to negotiate a price reduction when I was told about this incident instead of it being offered up front. That was the only part of this visit I was disappointed in. Staff and vet all very kind and attentive otherwise. Happy to report that Jake is doing fine and whatever GI issue he had is now resolved.

Dr. Nick is so comassionate. He was in surgery all day and was ab to put our dog into his schedule. Dr. Nick is always upbeat and ALWAYS a pleasure to work with.

Every visit with Dr.Kelly and Anna is always perfect. I never feel rushed. All of my billions of questions and concerns are always answered and explained thoroughly. Most importantly, it is obvious that they love what they do and adore and love their patients which means the world to me and my furbabies.

The vets were very pushy to do surgery and chemo as soon as possible. They were telling me this is the best option for my dog. 4 hours later I got a call from the vet telling me the exact opposite of what she had said earlier after talking with other vets. I felt it was almost like a salesman pushing me to buy something that moment. I am having a hard time trusting their judgement when they change their minds and tell me different things after being addimate of one option durin the appointment. I questioned had they done this before and she laughed and said no but she could follow others directions on how to proceed. I have been super happy with Pewaukee vet services till this past week. Now I feel some of the vets are just trying to sell certain options to get money... I am deeply hurt one moment my dogs heart is perfect and good for surgery the next she goes back to her previous opinion and her heart is not strong enough... if a vet is unsure or has not done treatments be honest with the pet owners and tell us you will look into it and get other opinions. Don’t just guess at it then change your mind.

The doctors and the staff are so nice and take such great care of our pets we would never go anywhere else. Thank you! :)

Thought appt was just a follow up; didn t expect another $200 after the $400 two weeks ago. For an ear infection and starting an injection for allergies. Was told injection would be equivalent to oral meds in cost because with oral, more testing is needed. So I did not expect this at all. Will be looking for another vet.

I wouldn t think of going anywhere else. We have been coming here for over 16 years. Everyone is great and so caring and gives the best care.

Dr. Flowers called 2 daysafter appt to discuss lab work and continued care. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend her. Very thorough and caring vet.5 STARS
