We adopted a dog from Elmbrook shelter and she was very shy with her first visit there - your staff worked really hard to make her more comfortable and Dr. Lisa was gentle and patient with her. We appreciate that since we are working to gain her confidence and trust.

Dr. Carolyn is an incredibly skilled and compassionate veterinarian. She is also a great educator who took her time explaining our pet’s injury and the treatment options available.

Such a great ambiance. Staff are very caring...in a large clinic you manage to keep the small town atmosphere...but mostly I come as the treatment and docs are outstanding!

The pet wellness app needs a category that would include when the doctor requested a follow up on a specific issue from a prior visit. For example, Dr Jeff requested follow up with my pet after antibiotics were completed for an infection and to recheck blood count and infection/inflammation. There was no option. I chose “urine check” as no other option fit. The Frontdesk corrected when I was there with a different pet, which defeated the purpose of efficiency. Nonetheless it was taken care of and worked out.

Dr. Jeff is fantastic....very patient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and—obviously—very caring towards his patients. He and his assistant were excellent at helping to put our rescue dog at ease and making her first appointment go as well as possible for her. Our past dog loved the PVS staff and I have always recommended Pewaukee Vet Clinic over the years to all of my friends, family, and acquaintances who have pets!

I ve been going to PVS for about 19 years less a couple of years I moved out of state. I ve always been very pleased with your services and the vets. However, since I ve retruned back to Milwaukee and have been seeing Dr. Kelly, I m even happier with PVS. Dr. Kelly understands me as a pet parent and takes the time to listen to me and explains what her findings are in great detail. Reviewing the blood work over the phone, she is very detailed. I couldn t be any happier! Shannon is also a great vet tech, very pleasant and she also listens to my concerns.

Dr. Tom gave me thorough information about what may be wrong with my dog and what steps and options there were. The Vet Tech was really good with my dog and kept him calm throughout the process.

My husband actually took Lucy Flagstad in for vomiting. He always argues that she doesn t need care, etc. However, he seemed impressed by the way that you took care of her (needed IV, meds) to the extent that he didn t seem to contest the bill with me later (good sign). Marybeth Flagstad
