I am always very satisfied with the services I receive at Pewaukee Vet. The entire staff is friendly and nice. We have been coming to Pewaukee Vet since the late 1980’s and have always received outstanding care for our dogs. We feel comfortable leaving our dogs with their boarding service and use their grooming services. All of the veterinarians are knowledgeable, caring, and friendly and spend the time with you to answer and listen to your questions and concerns. Drs. Randy and Jeff Schutte are fabulous and I hope they never retire!

I love the service I get at Pewaukee Vet. I can get timely appointments, and excellent care from people who really care about my dog. Everyone goes above and beyond to give me the best service and advice about my dog. The boarding kennel is excellent, too. When I bring my dog there, he pulls at the leash to get in the door, he’s so happy to be there. Sometimes I get jealous! And he’s always cheerful and peppy when he comes home, so I know that they are taking good care of him. ??

The wait time was way too long- 20 minutes to get a room; another 15-20 months minutes to see vet.

We just switched back after being gone for a couple years and I have to say that the service at Pewaukee Vet is fantastic - office staff, technicians and veterinarians (Dr Hamm) are all wonderful and far better than the competition. Pewaukee Vet offers much more than many other vets and I truly appreciate the comprehensive care they provide. Dr Hamm provided excellent consultation and gave us the time and attention we needed. Glad to be back!

We see Dr. Kelly. She was not only great with our dogs, but also our 2 grandsons who came along. They are both aged 8 1/2. She explained and answered their questions and made them feel very important. Our dog Wrigley is already showing great improvement.

Always very satisfied, I m very comfortable and know my pets are well taking care of. If Dr. Kelly is not available, I have no issues with anyone else taking care of my pets. Thank you for all that you do

We waited 30 minutes for our scheduled appointment. We enjoy working with Dr Kelly, but this has now happened two visits in a row. With the higher prices charged by this clinic, I expect the service to be higher quality.

I had not been to your clinic for a number of years. I love the calming blankets given out when you come into the clinic. I also like that the bill and payment is handled in the exam room so that you don t have a delay taking my cat back to the car. Overall, you are an excellent clinic and I have been seeing Dr. Tom since the early 2000. It was nice to reconnect with a doctor who I was familiar with. Thanks so much.

Dr Caroline and Kelly both are excellent with our dog. She prefers woman.

I love how passionate every single one of the staff members is about the pets that come in. It s very evident that everyone is there because they love animals and genuinely want to be there and to help them. It s a comfort knowing what good hands my dogs are in whenever they visit. When the doctor kissed my dog the other day, I knew he feels about animals the way I do and that we are here to stay!

Thank you for always being there for my Tbone I’ve always enjoyed bringing him to pewaukee veterinary as I know he always enjoyed his visits there as well everyone there always showed good emotions around him . Thank you also for making our last experience with all of you as plesent as possible as that was possible the hardest thing I’ve had to ever do and it was very nice to not feel rushed at all . I cannot express how grateful I am for PVS. You continually provide kind, courteous, & personal experience for both me & my pets (Nova & Comet). Dr. Nick ALWAYS goes above & beyond with his time spent to address questions/concerns. Staff always ooh & ahh how cute the dogs are too which is so sweet :) In fact, staff members (Jerry & Nicole) sought out Nova & Comet to give them some love as they are their favorites :))))!! I know their are less expensive vet clinics closer to home, but PVS is worth every cent & every extra mile for the level of trust (& love!) that me & my pets receive. THANK YOU!!
